Item Rating reduce player skill requirment and nothing more, i've managed to do veteran mode with mix of 208-210 gear, it was super hard, mostly because of bugs/lags/gimped class and ridiculous oneshoots (i can't call it chalange). If you are bad player then yes you need 240 item rating, if you are good player 220 is more than enough to do anything in this game without a problem.

I have 210 item rating. The last fight is completely random and chaotic, very depend on mobs behavior and what rotations they choice, the entire fight feels like fight vs RNG and bugs, doesn't feel challenging at all, the fight become super ezy when you kill both adds, the boss itself is a joke and not challenging at all, passive mode trick with companion is not a new thing used it a lot in past in herocis2/4 when soloing them. The adds in this fight is really annoying trash, they haver load of CC and also there is bug which happen with me almost in every pull: they ignore my force choke and legacy choke, they free from it immediately after i cast it. THere is problem that while you trying to kill bugged ads you may be fcked up with attempt to distrup boss. As you mention "When he casts Ultimate Shot, let him until he's almost through" it's fight vs random since you can be grabbed by add, pusshed by add and immobilized by add and if all your cleanse abilities on CD you are fkced up. Anyway i've managed to pass it, but i had zero fun while doing it. I don't understand the poin that i should have better gear in order to do Veteran mode, where is funn when you will replay the whole story which you already did by being super overgeared with 50lvl companion?

No wonder I facerolling with my eyes closed with my crap geared toon Sorc, while with Mara i have to put tons of efforts in order to achieve same result. Sorc and Operative always was ezy mode solo PVE characters.

I like SWTOR as singleplayer game, difenetly very good atmosphere good characters and storyline, but: MMO = Massively multiplayer online Where you see Massively part in this game? This game is fkn ghost town, only true fans of Star Wars is playing it, no one play this game because it's just a GREAT MMO game. This game had potential before 2.0 as MMORPG, but after it was ruiend as MMO, only MORPG left, but honestly with each patch this game is more and more become just an RPG. I'm playing this game since early access and i know what i'm talking about, i remember first Rakghoul event and still can't forget how great it was, one of the best event in MMORPG that i ever participated, i remember Ilum faction PVP, it was super laggy, unbalanced, etc, but there was tons of players figthing each other and it had potential if only dev's invested some time in to it, but instead it was downgraded and then completely removed, i remember when Operations had a lot of attention from devs and they was really challenging, now it's just an rudimentary part of the game, i remember the time when skillbuilds has tons of variety and was more complicated, i think thats enough.

I'm ok with that, atleast somthing fresh, there is tons of real MMO to play anyway.

Can't understand what the point you have? What is caused you to operate with "l2p" argument by covering it with pure lie? My point is that they've made unplayble Veteran mode and absolutely unchallenging normal mode and i want convey my game experience to developers, so they will do something with it. But i belive at time they will do somthing with it i will finish all chapters in normal mode and will have zero desire to do it again in Veteran mode. For me Veteran mode was promising thing for first passing, but since it's unplayable i forced to do it in normal mode with zero chalange, it's like watching movie with routine in between. P.S. I'm not casual gamer, i'm fkn love chalange, but this Veteran mode is nowhere near to chalange, pure disappointment.

And what will 70lvl gear wiil provide me with? 100k hp at max, ~20% more dmg, 5% more dmg reductionthis will not change a thing unless there is item rating dependece in damage calculation, but as far as i know item raiting have zero impact on damage calculation. Normal mode mob: 500-1000 dmg normal hit, 2500 skill dmg. Veteran mode mob: 10000-15000 dmg normal hit, 25000-30000 skill dmg. ANd what do we have, normal mode - zero chalenge, impsobile to die even if you will stay still; veteran mode - imposible to progress by solo, meybe healer class can. Both mode has zero fun, nice balance!

You can turn off tutorial mode from "esc" menu. But anyway forget about Veteran mode, it's fun only in first chapter, pretty balanced and chalengling. I've managed to kill first pack of mobs at second chapter but i received zero fun, only frustration, now i'm at second pack of mobs and it's IMPOSIBLE to pass it in veteran mode, i bet even with endgame gear it will be imposible, atleast for my class Marauder, i have 70k hp and regular white mob hit me for 30k, companion dies in no times, the healing that companion provide is useless with thatt retarded damage and behavior that mobs has, tons of CC and other stuff which prevent me from doing dmg. I believe it's designed for 4 man party. Fk sake i don't want another flashpoitns, i wan some solo chanage, but no, fkn disappointment only.

Lol, this not just PVP, this game is dead as MMORPG for about two years already. Just consider this game as solo RPG and you will have no problem with it. This game was good MMO only for one year after release, nothing is left in game from that times. I'm playing this game now and this is absolutelly different game compared to what i've played on release.

Jug was better in Rage spec since 1.0, deal with that, i personally didn't played since 3.0 was announced and rejoined only now ... seems nothing changed in balance of Jug vs Marauder in same spec. I still can't understand why Sniper and Marauder (pure DPS classes) still can't outdps hybrid classes, for me this is always been nonsense.

+1 Didn't played after 3.0 and now when i subscribed to rejoin the game after 4.0 i've got ton's of disappointments, one of it that Annihilation is now complete ****. Mara and especially Annihilation had super fun and rewarding gameplay since there was dynamic rotation that you should take care of and your DPS was depended on how good you at controlling the procs, by the way Annihilation never was OP spec even if you perfectly maintain your rotation, decent player did his job better with Carnage than Annihilation. The other thing, that is not related to this topic, which piss me off that i should stick to single one build for chosen spec, utility is not offering me the variability of pre 3.0 trait system, i can say more: "Utility system not offer variability at all". Pre 3.0 there was a lot of variation and more than that almost all of them was usable for certain tasks. And this additional AoE damage for Annihilation is fkn stupid waste of traits

1) 5 mins it's nothing, too short period of time for accepting DPS as average. 2) Any brainles monkey can edit logs without a trace of evidence. 3) Being grammar nazi is not an argumet if u have no normal argument's. You want to to measure ur ***** vs other player's? - do it well.

After 2.0 crit rate is absolutely useles at 55 lvl. Even just first ~50 crit rate cant beat same amout of power.
