I am experiencing the same issues with the Holoterminal and the Imperial Agent. My client Streams Data and all the videos settings are on the lowest settings. The client has been uninstalled and reinstalled. This is vexing and very frustrating.

So I missed the section, that says what happens to existing - inactive accounts that come back as F2P. What happens to characters rolled as other races (twi'lek, sith, rattataki, and M & M)? Do they lose the access to them all together?
