I have road runner lightning and a good gaming router setup but still get terrible lag. The funny part is, I never lag during pvp only pve. Ill be fighting a mob and suddenly the whole mob will stop moving, and ill be clicking my skills but not doing the animation, and then suddenly time will jump ahead like 3 seconds showing me as having completed the skill. Its weird. Its not freezing either, as dots will still tick and idle movements are still happening, just seems like everyone stops fighting for 1-4 seconds and then catches up with itself. Anyway to fix this?

Ability lag is killer for me.

I wish I had been subscribed when 12x was active, it is a nice feature for people who have already played through multiple class stories and want to give the others a go without spending all that time leveling.

I was having trouble deciding this as well for my BH. I just couldn't take 3 seriously, way too hulky, almost cartoonish proportions. At first my type 2 bounty hunter seemed a little weedy, especially with the gruff voice, but once I got some heavy armor on him it started to fit. As far as Jugg goes I think type 3 looks ridiculous in any kind of hooded, caped gear. Just my opinion.

Thank you so much for this, I do appreciate the time. Unfortunately, my decision is no easier haha. I just played identical missions on both classes to try to figure it out. My BH had an easier time of it, he is a more mobile class, moving around alot engaging multiple targets at once. My SW struggled alittle more, but man do I love those brutal, baseball bat swings he takes. idk how I am going to choose (first world problems for the record.)

Hey guys, So I have a lvl 30 Sith Jugg and a lvl 30 Bounty Hunter PT Pyro. I cannot for the life of me choose which one I want to continue with. They are both on the same point on Alderaan. On one hand, Sith storyline is stronger and I feel more ****** as a sith. I also love lightsabers and force powers. On the other hand, I like my BH companion Mako and feel like the BH rotation is more fast paced and exciting than the Sith (focus buildup and all). Also the story is not bad either. I'm only going to focus on one of them from this point on and I feel like it is a big decision. I want to make the decision based on a few factors that I could use input on... First- Which storyline picks up the most steam from this point on? Second- Does Jugg start to feel faster or come into its own from lvl 30 on? RIght now its not very satisfying. Third- Endgame. Which class is better for grouping and PVP in the end? Fourth- Companions- Jugg get any good companions from this point on, because the ones so far kinda suck. Thank you anyone who takes time to answer this, I can't even enjoy the game because anytime I play one, I feel like its the wrong choice. I know its ultimately which I like better, but some input about lvl 30 on for the 2 classes could help me.

haha yea god point on pvp. OK so guys, let me put it to you this way then... If you were going to have your memory wiped and could play the game fresh, but ahead of time could choose only one class for your post memory wipe self to play, which would you choose..?

Thank you, I appreciate the insight. How would you rank the stories? I hear everwhere that IA is the best and I see people loving or hating the other two.

I know, that is of course the ideal way to do it, just wanted some opinions.

I made a thread similar to this in general but have realized that maybe the class forum would be the more appropriate place to ask ha. I am a returning player and am torn between these three classes for a new main. I would really appreciate the input of someone who has played these classes (especially someone who has leveled all 3). Basically I am looking for the best of the three based on quality of story and companions, how fun the actual gameplay and rotations are, and how viable the class is for endgame pvp and pve (would love the ability to solo FPs). Any input is appreciated because I am tearing my hair out trying to choose. Thanks!

Thanks, unfortunately now I am also considering BH. It is such a hard choice because story is so important for leveling but once I hit cap itll be more about how fun the class is to play, and for some reason the idea of either being forced to use the cover system as an IA or have sub par dps as an operative turns me off. BH seems like a mobile, fast paced, high dps ranged class with good survivability but will lose points in story to IA and SI... Anyone out there level IA, BH and SI that can give me points on story, enjoyment of playstyle and endgame pvp pve viability (as a dps) THANKS!

Hey guys, so I have played this game here and there since launch...not a ton, but a good amount. I leveled my first character (Jedi Knight) to max, loved the story, loved being a Jedi...just awesome. Came back and leveled a Sith Warrior into the 30s, got bored...felt very similar to Knight playstyle even though the story was good. Came back again months later leveled a Jedi Consular into the 30s as well, story was terrible, got bored, left again (see a pattern). I really want to invest in a new main character, someone I can bring from beginning to end, play through the new expansion, really invest in. I just don't know what class to pick... What I really want is a gripping story, good companions, cool looking armor and weapons, and a fun playstyle. So from all my reading it seems like IA is the top contender for story, its hard for me to invest in a non force user though (love lightsabers) so am thinking maybe a SI. Im bouncing back and forth and creating characters like crazy trying to find the right one, Just looking for some input. I appreciate it.
