  1. How would you rate the work environment on a scale of 1 to 10?
  2. Hey if you read back through all your replies to this thread I think you will discover why you are unhappy and why that isn't really to do with the game
  3. Is that cash or check? And how's the dental plan?
  4. the jig is up, the least you can do is tell us what you actually spent all that time and money doing, I know it wasn't working on this appallingly amateurish product, the charade's over and we can all have a laugh now so just show us some pics of your new ferrarri/high class courtesan already
  5. As it is, people don't really recognize the advantages of actually winning the match and many clearly are just out to get their medals and to hell with the rest. These are the people who ignore the Huttball in favor of deathmatching in the middle, who run back and forth to where the fighting is instead of defending objectives on Alderaan, who can't be bothered to keep an eye on the doors in the Voidstar. The objectives give meaning to what would otherwise be an unseemly brawl, but right now people have little individual incentive to pursue them. A slight bonus to exp/commendations does not, for more selfish players, make it worth the risk of ignoring their personal medal acquisition. Some medals that might help (come up with some better names obviously): Huttball: Team Player - Threw a pass that led to a point. Interceptor - Intercepted an enemy pass. Interdictor - Killed the enemy ball carrier five times. Clutch Player - Killed the enemy ball carrier within 10m of your end zone. Bodyguard - Prevented 10k damage to your ball carrier. Supporter - Healed 10k damage to your ball carrier. Dirty Tricks - Stunned the enemy ball carrier in the fire/acid. Alderaan: Aggressive Defense - Interrupted 10 enemies attempting to capture an objective. Defensive Line - Stunned an enemy allowing a teammate to capture an objective. Stonewall - Defend an objective from 10 attackers. Babysitter - Gain 1k defender points without seeing any action. (this should have several versions to especially reward this kind of gameplay) Ninja - Capture an objective under the nose of enemy defenders. Courageous Defense - Prevent the capture of an objective 5 times as the only defender. Voidstar: Aggressive Defense - Interrupted 15 enemies attempting to capture an objective. Savior - Defuse a bomb. (Many of the Alderaan medals will apply to the Voidstar) This kind of thing would encourage players to pursue objectives. Right now, medals really only reward fighting, even if that fighting happens to be pointless to the match.
  6. I wouldn't bet on space combat getting any more complex. The existing rail shooter requires a fraction of the resources it would take to create, bugtest and balance an actual flight sim. SWG's Jump to Lightspeed expansion took years of work, something they will likely never devote to space combat in TOR.
  7. No reason that this should take priority over real improvements.
  8. Because it will turn into Clone Wars with every other fighter on the field being a Mako or a Khem Val
  9. Unoriginal name + dead language =/= original name /thread
