  1. funny thing, I didn't notice the new daily but I did notice a much faster queue pop and many <27k hp players now I know why
  2. I played major Darkside Inquisitor and for one of the companions every single conversation with them made very little sense. But I completed the story for 1 of every other class and all of them lightside with no problems.
  3. just slows, roots, dots, and kite like a ***** the shadow wont have a chance unless they are geared and smart and most people are not. Just stay > 10m away from them. As a shadow, sorcs and ops that know how to kite are the hardest classes to kill
  4. I found myself saying "wat.." after every convo I had with Ashara. Im all for the lightside story existing but it just made no sense with my character (the only 1 out of my 9 characters I made darkside). I was able to rationalize it away by imagining im just long term manipulating her.

  6. Smuggler has alot of nice lines but the overall story aint that interesting bad guy: do you know how to say im sorry? Captin: im ssssss........ I'm Sorr....... I am.......Incredibly good looking. nope. can't.

  10. - Which character has the better sense of humor or comes with better one liners? Are either charming or cheeky? this is interesting I would say the consular has a better sense of humor but is alot more reserved/observent so rarely jokes. The knight pulls off alot of "ok" one liners but some are cheeky - Which character comes with the more enjoyable companions? Do you find yourself really connecting with them? the knight had 3 companions I liked and they were all the first 3 ones you got. the last 2 where just meh. the consular also had 2 companions i was invested in, 1 i kind of cared about and 1 i hated with a passion which was the first one you get so it takes some patience at first if you have the same views as me. - I am to understand both characters will take on a Padawan, Does either character pull off the mentor role better? the consular definently takes on the mentor role better in my opinion he has a qui-gon type quality to him always spouting lessons every other sentence but not in an annoying way and the padawan is very open to learning from him. for the knight however it seems like a padawan was forced on him and he does not know what to do with it. the padawan kind of just tags along and he treats the padawan more as a fellow knight then a learner. - Does either character have that many grey options? Am I even able to take the whole "will of the force" approach? there are not many grey options for either. but I think there are alot more "grey" options as the consulor by "grey" I mean things that might be considered dark side by most jedi but seem right from another point of view like "should i kill someone who murdered many or arrest him with the chance he might be judged not guilty due to lack of evidence". the jedi knight has more black and white boring choices like "do i save them or do I murder all their children while they watch then chop their head off for the lulz" while those are most of the choices offered there are still a few grey ones for the knight as well. - Does either class give me the chance to explore the force or am I generally just going to be thrown into the war and running the councils errands? the consular is a more explore the force kinda guy, learning techniques long gone, finding holocrons of ancient jedi, trying to find peaceful solutions type stuff. the knight is just a fighter like anikan kill the bad guys, thrown into war, running errands. - Is either character challenged by the dark side at any point or is it a heroic journey from start to finish? Are the DS choices difficult to make or does the story really challenge your Jedi ideals? even though i said the consular has more grey options he isent realy challenged by the darkside that much. the knight however has a couple of points where he could struggle. but i played heavy lightside most of the time with both characters

  13. I had a kid who was main tank and I was dps, he told me through /wisper to initiate the next pull and then he would mass taunt. I thought nothing of it and pulled. he stood there didn't taunt and let me die and then told the group I was an idiot and called a vote to kick me. It was obvious he orchestrated the whole thing just to get rid of me but i have no idea why. I didn't even bother trying to explain to the team because they were also semi retarded and I no longer wanted to be in that group. they kicked me and before the countdown went off I pulled a big group again so they could wipe one more time for their stupidity. what is this?....... I dont even.......
  14. IMO the main reason why Makeb's story is more polished is because they only had to make 2 and not 8.
  15. Indeed I suspect 1313 will go through the same juggling act of licensing and development changes that killed battlefront 3 for so long.
  16. seeing as the games are being made by the creators of Battlefield, deadspace, and kotor I don't give a **** if EA is pulling the strings
  17. I like going after achievements but playing a single flashpoint 25 times on normal and hard? am I crazy for thinking that is to much?
  18. bump, I killed everything literally everything in one mission and I still didn't get the bonus achievement

I unequipped everything on my ship. put on a rank 5 beam charger. replaced it with grade 7 and it went to 100 dmg then i put everything else back on. worked. so try unequipping and equipping shiz until it works. Also did anyone else notice that the grade 5 beam generator is better then the grade 7 one? grade 5: 9 shots per second grade 7: 6 shots per second
  20. If I remember correctly Saresh is not Chancellor untill the end of act 2 on Jedi Consular story but its been a while since I played that story. I do remember her not being the chancellor on tatooine and my character saying "maybe you'll be chancellor some day". so maybe the Consulary is only one act behind trooper
  21. chat indicators: little indicators that float above the characters head to indicate he/she is currently in the process of typing a message in the chat. purpose: to let people know if you are typing or not or chat bubbles: little bubbles that float over the character that display the message they just finished typing instead of or in addition to sending that message to the chat window. which one do you mean? I think both should be an option that can be toggled off and on in settings and chat indicators should be active by default. and chat bubbles should be enabled by default for /say
