I think it´s up to the players really. People will simply have to roll more Republic classes. I'm not sure if BW can do much about it. Cross-server PvP wouldn't solve this problem since there are more Empire on all servers. As for brackets I only would like to see two. 1-49 and 50s alone. /Bird

Longest I''ve had to wait is like 6 minutes. I would say 8/10 log-ins are instant. Don´t really know what more info I can give you.

You are welcome to join us at Chuundar. We have a guild with some good/decent players. Not really a dedicated PvP-guild, but we got some 24/7 PvPers in it. Send a wisp to "Launa" if you are interested in joining. As to which side is better at this point, I would say Empire has a slight upper hand. But we're working on it. I´m lvl 25. Ask yourself this. In 6 months, when there are hardly any 10-30s around, who will you PvP against when you roll that new fotm class you just got to know about? I´m not saying the bolstering is as perfect as it can be, but I think it is a very good system.

I've done about 95k healing/45k dmg and got 6 medals. Obviously it's not just about the numbers.

This was posted in another thread, and I completely agree. Consider yourself more a support class than a healer.

I too have been leveling thru PvP and I have yet to see one player AFK. This makes it kinda hard for me to believe that it's a huge issue.

Without having yet experienced endgame PvP I'm going to say this is the best PvP I have played. And I've played quite a few Mmo´s. /Bird

A very nice post. There should really be some kind of sticky with threads like this. I know many of the new PvPers don't really come on the forums, or search for PvP info on the net, which I think is kinda sad. But some do, and for them I think a thread like this is worth gold. Threads like this makes people better players, and when a player feels he is getting better at the game he will stay around for longer and have more fun. I think everyone will benefit from others getting better at their class, wz-tactics and what not. I don't know about you people, but I'll rather fight against a good team, while playing with a good team, than anything else. So, keep sharing whatever thoughts you have on PvP. I fully support what you're doing and for that you will get a "+1" /Bird

It would probably mean that I would come out of every WZ with most kills done. That would piss a whole bunch of DPSers off.

Did you watch the video? Yes, I´m talking about lvls 10-30ish, I think most of us are?! What level are you? And what level are you talking about? And yes, I only gave you one (specific) scenario. There are however thousands more where dps/cc is preferable to heals. Let´s just leave this. I do it my way, you do it your. I´m quite confident my teammates stay alive just as long as yours + I deal out some decent dmg. /Bird

Ofc you should keep him alive, but that doesn't mean keeping him at full health. In a 2v2 for example it´s MUCH better to keep one of the enemy players CC'd and help out burning the other one down, and then switch over to the player you first CC´d. I'm done arguing about this. I know some people will agree with me, obviously some don't. Every player should do whatever they can for their team to win the warzone. I agree. In many cases this means dealing some dmg. This I believe is a fact, and I know that many times I´m helping out better by doing whatever dmg I can instead of throwing out heals they don´t really need. I can't speak for other healing classes, but Sage healers (i am one) can dish out pretty nasty dmg. Lousy burst, but good sustainable DPS. /Bird

I agree. So, what people need to do is get away from this "old school" healer-mentality and realize swtor healing is more than that. A "very good healer" as you put it, doesn´t just stand in the back and heal.

I rarely see dps with 6 commendations. Rarely see any kind of player with 6 commendations. But when I do, I know it most likely was a very good player. Sry, but it had to be said.
