  1. She blatantly breaks SW Lore and has no consideration for continuity. Her first and maybe second book are ok... but don't bother reading anything else.
  2. No, that is not a fix. It doesn't work in TOR where you have companions and Orange gear.
  3. Actually, you're wrong. The term has evolved over the years. What you describe was how the term originally came about... but just as words like g** and f** originally had different meanings, the term has changed to generally mean someone who loots something they're not supposed to (aka needs on gear people expect them not to).
  4. Good for you... you managed to include the reason in your OP without even realizing it.
  5. Again, that's your opinion of how it should be. And if that's the way you want it to be, then make that clear to your group by stating loot rules. For example: "Only roll need on equipment for your role unless you ask". It takes a couple of seconds to type, and lays out the rules for everyone (since not everyone has the same opinions). However, your priority system does not take into account Orange gear. Orange gear doesn't have any inherent stats. If a piece of heavy armor Orange gear drops, anyone who can use it and likes the look has a right to roll on it.
  6. I personally agree that if I'm not using my companion in a group, I shouldn't roll for them without asking. However, you really have no basis to state that companions are secondary. That's your opinion, and not one shared by everyone. You really have no right to dictate who gets priority for what (unless you're the group leader and everyone agrees to your rules).
  7. When it's a matter of conflicting interests, it does actually. I never said that I personally didn't want to see them. I don't care one way or the other. However, I can see how many of the members of the majority would be offended by it. Unfortunately, American culture is behind by about a century still in regards to this topic. So until that changes, it's not a business's job to make social progress. They're in it to make money... and it's quite possible that they'd offend more people than they'd appease. And that's what it's about. As I said right away... this is a topic of conflicting interest for a lot of people, and in those cases you have to go with the majority.
  8. Yeah, there were haters that admitted to paying for another month just to troll the forums. It happens. Don't let them get to you.
  9. No, it's not. It's actually empirically and factually the best time for everyone considered. 1) It's the time when populations are the lowest between both US and EU. 2) It's not in anyone's Prime time (except Australia... but since the game isn't released there yet, they've already said there's no support). If it were earlier, it would be in PST prime time. If it was later, it would be in EU's prime time.
  10. Alright... so what was the point of posting here? You already sent it in to feedback.
  11. I see no problem with the OP's idea of having a "He-Man" or "Conan"-like outfit. But there is a line to be drawn with male dancers. No offense to all you homosexuals out there, but you are in a minority. The majority of players would not want that. There's a reason there's a lot less male stripper clubs than there are female stripper clubs. And it's almost unheard of to have both in one club.
  12. Please don't confuse constructive criticism with the filthy garbage that the OP is referring to.
  13. That would be my guess as well. TBH, OP, I can't think of a time when I've ever hit close to cap on my missions. The one time I did get even kind of close was when I had a bunch of Flashpoints in my log. But since you can get those at the location for the FP, there's no reason to have them in your log. You can safely abandon them. Unless you're picking up a bunch of sidequests and skipping them without abandoning them, you shouldn't have any issues.
