I definitely agree that swoop racing and Pazaak would be pretty awesome! These are actually things I'm truly surprised haven't been added yet...

You'll generally need to do your class story, and each planet's world specific story which is quite interesting also. No need for other side quests.

Yeah, you have a lot of content to go through. It's all fun and fast now too :-)

Interesting. How much do those 9 days cost you? I can only imagine people who loiter around on the forum of a game they dislike have a pretty empty life? I don't understand the thought behind doing something you no longer enjoy. If a movie is annoying me, I change it. If a book is boring, I pick another. Games are no different.

The un-constructive, negative ranting is affecting the enjoyment of myself and many others, so yes - I'm going to talk about it.

So why keep playing? If your experience is filled with so much negativity, and you feel the game is through, why are you here? Isn't quitting better than Ranting? Plenty of other fun games out there!

There are two main groups that frequent the forums. Vocal veterans, and new player seeking help. The vocal Veterans are really putting all the new players off. After browsing for half an hour I'm half convinced to un-sub as the future is apparently so gloomy. All the negative ranting is only hurting the community, and in no way what-so-ever improving the game.

It looks like a lot of the ranting is simple MMO burn. Eventually players exhaust the content. Maybe take a break?

No, I totally get that as a returning player I wouldn't have come across many of the things people complain about. My point is that by putting new players off you're making the game and the whole experience worse. You want more warzones? If a huge number of players commit to the PVP this is more likely to happen for example.

I'm a returning player, and I'm enjoying the game immensely. Between conquest, strongholds, new story content and what not there is a lot of fun things to do in this game! I come to the forums from time to time, and all I see is hate and rage at the game. Guys, please - you're starting to put me off, and it's not helping when new players visit the forum and see it's only full of complaints. Ranting to other players here will no fix anything. If you have absolutely nothing positive to say, venting to people who are enjoying the game isn't going to change anything for you. Let's be more positive. A lot of new players are currently coming in and I can see it on my server - we should make them feel welcome so they stay!

I'm actually quite excited. This mmo is pretty darn well rounded now. It ticks every box in terms of content and still has the best presented story. Hopefully the movie will get more people into this. I hope Bioware and EA advertise this game alongside it somehow. PS: I've just come back to this (last time I played was pre-Makeb) and the sheer amount of content and improvements are staggering.

Shaders, bloom, shadows and anti-aliasing all have big impacts on fps. Try lowering grass and tree details also.

I started a fresh level 60, but have decided to go back to my existing Jedi character as I don't want to ignore my past achievements and titles. Is there a way I can re-name my old characters?

I think I left the game subbed for a long time after I stopped playing lol... Must have only stopped when I renewed my debit/credit cards.

Can I change the specialisation of my crafting or will it be re-set to level 1?

Hey guys I've just started a fresh level 60 character. I'm very happy that my datacrons carried over from my old characters and thay I only need to collect them on the two new planets :-) I was also pleasantly surprised to find I have 8,000+ Cartel coins in my name lol Anyways. Will I be able to max out my crafting skills easily over the next 5 levels? I've not had a proper look through all the menus but do I still get to pick my crafting specialisation? What about my Light level? I like playing my Jedi as a saviour type hero... And lastly, is there a good way to convert some of those coins to in-game credits?

I haven't played the game in years, I'm completely rubbish but I remember that the Focus/Rage rotation was quite straightforward. Is there anywhere I can go for a guide on the rotation of skills for the burst damage? Specifically on a Focus Guardian? I'm looking to jump straight into a level 60 character and expect Ill be completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of abilities....

Guys, I saw the trailers and some reviews of the new expansion, and I really wanted to return! I have 2 characters, a level 50 Jedi Guardian and a level 55 Sith Marauder. Would it be better for me to start a fresh character on the new DLC? I kind of want to make a new Jedi Guardian, new name and re-designed looks for the new story, and experience the companion stories again. Is this a good move? Also, are the Datacrons Legacy bound now? I found all of the original datacrons on both the Republic and Empire side, and also got the one on the Fleet. I really don't want to go trough that again! lol. Also, is it correct that if I start on the new expansion, the old quests will be locked? (I'm ok with this, I ant a less cluttered log)
