  1. I was under the impression that(after 1.2) a Cybertech Crafter would be able to RE mods & armor mods from daily/FP/operation rewards and learn new schematics of the same type. Currently there is no tooltip for the daily reward mods while RE them. Is there a chance to learn new schematics from doing so? Is there a way of learning how to make new schematics(higher item lvl, mods with def, etc) or are we stuck with the same stuff we got pre-patch?
  2. The sooner you guys start working on a 64-bit client the better. Everything else is just a waste of time. The 64-bit client will happen sooner or later. Stop wasting time denying the undeniable and get to work.
  3. "Havoc Squad gets the job done"
  4. Personally i find all the space missions extremely easy. Are you sure you ain't hitting any asteroids on your way? If you got lvl 5 upgrade as you claim(and i got no reason to doubt that) why dont you use missiles for every enemy ship? Edit : Are you hitting the enemy ships as soon as they appear as red dots on your screen backround?
  5. Can we see a video of someone showing the graphics options and moving around in Alderaan, fleet or anywhere else? Maybe your definition of "fine" has the same result of what some others call excessive stutter or annoying. a 20 sec video should be enough. Seriously im just curious to see someone opening his inventory without freezing.
  6. The problem with dismounting while having a companion, opening your inventory and similar issues that cause the game to stutter, are definately here, dunno why or how hard or easy are to solve but the fact that Bioware doesn't accept their existence is a mystery. The games minimum requirements are met with my Toshiba laptop and the game is simply Unplayable. The recommended requirements are far surpassed with my desktop pc,and im forced to turn off bloom & shadows(while 3 months after release there is still no official support for AA for my card -6950) to achieve 30 fps in places like Alderaan. No matter what i do,set the settings to lowest or anything, the constant stutter is always there(even with a Ramdrive) I see too many people posting in the forums and talk about 120 fps and such and all i can thing is "how the hell can they play with Vsync off?" If the screen tearing isn't bothering them, why should the stutter do?My guess is half of the people are having the same problems but take no notice of them. Can anyone please post a video of your character running while you open your inventory or dismounting with a companion active?
  7. Greg "Ghostcrawler" and his team of developers is the main reason i left WoW. And every time he opens his mouth to talk,i dislike him even more. He managed to lost 2m subscribers in a year - with no real competition from any other MMO. Pretty soon WoW will have no talents at all,no story,no lvling, but he will make the game balanced when everyone will be a frost mage for PvP and a fire mage for PvE. "Cute" Pandas** running around and jumping outside of AH selling items with Euros instead of Gold. Good luck with that. This guy is the "Uwe Boll" of gaming industry. EDIT : Greg Ghostcrawler was hired in 2008 by Blizzard, when the game was already a huge success. He was not among the original developers team that made the game. **No offence to the real Pandas,i love and respect all animal life.
  8. Another Thnx for the gj by me Do you have any suggestions for loading any assets into the Ramdrive? Besides the http://www.swtor.com/community/showpost.php?p=2577689 Anything to reduce that stupid stutter of opening inventory or dismounting while companions are active? Or Anything else that is worth loading into the Ramdrive?
  9. I totally agree.Leveling is -WAY- too fast i'd say, I liked the idea of bonus quests etc,but .. 1)They give too much XP 2)Useless once you cap(most of them) They could make a change so that all(and not "some" of them)the bonus quests reward you with items/mods/money and solve both of the issues. Also, the space missions give way too much XP as well. Every time i gain a lvl and go to my ship to complete the new space missions,i find myself getting another half lvl just by doing them the first time. Something must be done about this as well.
  10. Qyzen - Eventually i got tired with his personality about points and score. There is so much going on around him and he only talks about score and points. It gets very annoying. I felt "compelled" to use him almost all the time cause of my spec(dps) Theran - I don't mind the tech-freak type, but i didn't used him a lot cause of my spec(dps) I am close to maximizing his Affection and his story is hardly interesting... Zenith - His story is not that great either nor his personality(imo)-Almost max affection as well. Again i was dpsing so i needed someone to tank and that was not Zenith. Iresso - At least he has a decent story(so far 8000/10000). Heard he is a good tank as well, although i sticked with Qyzen(mostly cause melee tanking suited me fine). Nadia - She must be the most incomplete character of all(at least the consular ones). You get her(and the romance option) VERY late in the game, she gains affection way too fast and this creates a feeling of rush to the romance. No interesting twist in her story and although she is your padawan, there is never any advancement in this at all.Gave her 2-3 purple gifts and she suddenly loves me.I expected more of the only Jedi companion u had and i was very dissapointed.
  11. Can't disagree - Just pointing out some kind of resemblance with the Consular story. Personally i became a fan of Star Wars through the KoToR games and NOT cause of the movies. I found the story in KotoR 1 & 2 way better than the movies, which seem too childish for me(Jar Jar Binks,Anakin running(or fooling) around with Padme etc). The games on the other hand, had darker stories with plot twists, more interesting characters and enviroments(Dantooine,Korriban). Might be just me,dunno, but i would definately like to see a KoToR based Movie.
  12. The Consular story is not for the masses i guess. Instead of trying to kill certain people or find traitors etc,you continuously look for answers and knowledge, new allies and investigating things that happen. Imagine Obi-Wan from Star Wars ep 2. searching for answers about the clones, what purpose do they serve etc. I loved the story, but as i said it's not for the masses. On the other hand, what i didn't liked at all, were the companions and their stories. It seems to me that they were rushed into the game, trying to catch the deadline for the game's release. You get your romance very late and even then,it seems even more rushed.
