it's off the GCD and costs zero energy. you should be using it often, there's no reason not to.

The energy management is a joke also, you dont need to worry about going under 60 energy because you are constantly getting energy from dot crits. Marks isn't the "spec for lazy people". my problem with sab is that it's only good when you have sab charge up. sab charge is up, you destroy someone. it isn't up, you're useless for 30 seconds

I would not suggest this even for a pvp spec, unless you're a healer. many of your suggestions are flat out wrong (no crushing darkness, madness is bad in pve, "My information is accurate and credible, because I use this in game and have been using this spec since launch") . just because you put "GUIDE" on something doesn't mean it should be stickied.

wrong on both statements. Crit doesn't DR much until about 1200 rating (unattainable). and the cunning crit and crit rating crit are on seperate DR's. I'm not suggesting to stack crit. But the assumption that crit is a bad stat is an uninformed one.

those mods are garbage. you should be using the 53 cunning and 41 crit/power mods. you're effectively lowering your dps by using those 61 cunning mods.

there's a reason it's tier 2. it's good and they don't want everyone to get it without sacrificing other things

Don't expect to kill a good operative unless you're focus firing them with 2 or more people. If you can 1v1 an operative, they're bad.

you can rip enhancements out of black hole or campaign stuff and RE em. for the hilt you'd have to kill HM kephess, but I'm not sure if you'd want to take the RE chance on such a good piece. I don't know if you can do that with rakata gear. probably not. here, check out this thread. our guild is selling craftable stuff (that we RE'd) . http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=460672 oh you can also RE relic's and make em if you learn the pattern. the relic rarely drops off denova bosses or you gotta buy em for 200 daily comms.

you gotta rip the enhancements out to RE them, you can rip out hilts too. If you get the pattern you can easily sell them for 1 million each you're probably on a dead server too so your economy sucks. but even if you could make aug kits, your economy is still trash. hopefully the free transfers will help that.
