Could we get immune to knockbacks while we are channeling force lightning at 3 stacks too? Give us a buff on a character that reads grounded or something.

We were going to get it for hutt cartel expack but then we got phase walk. Any chance we will get this ability later down the road? Maybe sometime soon? ^^

How so? 2 of the specs don't even really use it and for the tank spec it would just make the rotation feel better. Channeling force lightning as an assassin just doesn't feel right. They could just as easily make spinning strikes proc heals during the channel if u get 3 stacks of the buff. I don't see any bad consequences out of doing that aside from people who just really like force lightning i guess.

I always thought force lightning should have been sorc only so maybe they could change it so we got spinning strikes for our channeled ability. Force lightning only really has 2 uses for assassins that i can think of , a ranged slow for pvp and for sin tanks its defensive 10% ish heal (plus threat boost? idk). The tank talent could just as easily changed for spinning strikes. (they can change the ranged on force slow with recklessness if we really need a ranged slow on a 2 min cd ). idk just a thought. What do you guys think?

Well i don't expect it before other classes get something new but it would be nice when they give each class a new ability again to give us this but i truly believe if they gave us this ability at lower level the class would be more enjoyable. Maybe i should summit this to the suggestion box forums?

was thinking for like the tank spec it can increase your parry defense chance by a % for deception root all targets in place and for madness proc lightning charge each hit and off the normal rate cd maybe.

Replace it with the crappy aoe attack we have already or just give it to us for a nice channel burst cd like every other class has. Am i the only one who wants this ability? I've seen npc's use it and i get really sad i dont have it. I feel if they gave it to us around level 20 ish it would get people more into the class. It just seems like a really fun ability.

i know he shoulda been a marauder but they cant use double blades. i was just going off what bioware said. i wish my marauder could use a double blade so i can feel more like darth maul but also wish it can hold its lightsaber hilts backward like star killer. if they do end up letting use a double blade later on ill delete my assassin right away.

i remember back before launch the devs saying that Sith Sorcerer (Sith Inquisitor) was modeled after darth sidious, Sith Assassin (Sith Inquisitor) was modeled after darth maul, Sith Juggernaut (Sith Warrior) was modeled after darth vader. i tryed finding the video where they said this but no luck. : / but i think it was at a guild summit.

the lore came after ray park though. darth maul was the best sith in the movies and they should've done something with him in the game, imo.

So the sith inquisitor (assassin) is suppose to be modeled after darth maul, right? Why isn't there a spec that uses his fighting style then? I feel the tank spec would have worked well if it didn't use lightning force attacks as much and used more of a martial arts combat style for the class. Anyone else feel like they could've done better with the class?

idk what your talking about. my marauder has tons of control. i have an interrupt on an 8 sec cd, i have force choke, my deadly throw reduces healing by 20% and roots the target in place for 3 secs on a 12 sec cd i have a snare that last 12 secs and another root with ravage. idk why people complain about this class so much. pvp is not about 1v1 its about fighting as a team. peel for your healers and and burst down theres.

the timer on the cds is rly cool.

ah ok. i think i am a bit ahead then. im only lvl 38 and i was looking and most people dont get her that high till mid 40's. =)

last time she asked to talk to me she was at around 6k affection and now ive got her to almost 10k and still haven't had her ask to talk to me yet. anyone know if shes bugged atm?
