The problem with people leaving and running off is simple. Alot of them are wow players... People want things to be super easy. I have recently just learned that both of my original guild leaders have left the game due to taking to long in instances. I was told that it should take no more than 30-40 min (like in wow) to do them. And this is one of the reasons they are leaving.
I personally think this is the problem with alot of people leaving is they are stuck on how things work in WoW and cant get past that fact. Forgetting this is not WoW this is SWTOR.
People want things perfect the first time around. I say let them leave. People that want it easier and faster are the problem with MMO's, dear i say Starwars Galaxies... Thats what happened to them. People wanted faster and easier.. CU/NGE.. and we see how that worked out.
So let them leave. Let them do the same repetitive crap in WoW or any other game they play. This game is awesome. Deal with the fact this isnt a cookie cutter MMO....
