  1. No class can be the same with another but the tools/utility might be something you can compare and adjust, something that Bioware is not doing atm.
  2. You can not see the big picture so i will not respond to you. Enjoy the game as we all do.

Shadow then sin was my main class since launch, i played dps tree all the way and i was the only one doing it at some point on all server, i beated all classes on 1v1 even the super Op sentinels before the nerfs on juyo form, the only class i did a 50%-50% los/win was the very skilled scoundrels/operatives ( i have no problem with lol scoundrels) from my server ( and i can tell you they are very skilled).
  4. In 2.0 scoundrel have better utility to give them better survivability. Ex: he can speed 12 m away from a shadow after he use tendon blast and keep the shadow in place (shadow can use speed every 15 sec, scoundrel use it as long as he have energy), he can kite and trow some healing, not to mention the 2% healing per second he can use, the dodge bonus when rolling, and the 2% bonus dodge all time. I mentioned only few aspects and you can clearly see scoundrel is far better. I did not mentioned here how hard hit shoot first on PTS ( i hit over 7k easy mode in WH gear) and combined with back blast (3-5k) my target is half HP before he can react and when he does i put dodge on myself and use recuperate. If i am 1v1 with him after 9 seconds i will vanish to reopen with shoot first again using the burst style (not using recuperate this time) and put him down before he take 30% of my HP. Devs must do only 1 think, make shoot first like spike because this ability give them huge advantage over all classes. But let stop the troll and just look to the hits of both class and compare. Is clearly that scoundrel is far far better in 2.0 so i will choose this class to play even if i dislike it (i prefer a force user class).
  5. This is not a troll topic as you intend to make it. Scoundrel is a bit more OP both healing /bursting in 1v1 encounter. Comment about hits and differences, because even if classes have different ways, the hits have similarities (ex: spike with shoot first, maul with back blast, etc).
  6. All the players speak about tanks and tanks, here is about dps sin vs dps scoundrel. Even a tank will be killed in 2.0 by scoundrel.

Topic is about the main hits mostly not about how a sin can kick of from a bridge other classes (not a scoundrel who will be in stealth mode and pass it safely) to have fun and let nodes unguarded, etc. Is like i say sins need whirlwind for the entire enemies (like flash bomb) in his range and lift them up instantly for 8 seconds (this got nerfed too, so nothing instant for sins). So, I choose scoundrel to play for 2.0.
  8. Scoundrel after shoot first is like a sin who can use maul and kick you down, then spike and voltaic slash, etc. This is a dream, and scoundrel is better on bursting down a target. Sins need bigger hits on opening not on the end, because you may not have the chance to reach that end.
  9. I see a pattern here and who is getting buffed in 2.0, so ppl stop crying about assassins dps class who is a very weak class atm and it will be. Take a look and come with constructive comments or go away, we do not need trolls, regardless of this one witch is not. Scoundrels hits: shoot first 3365-3529, back blast 2850-3077, sucker punch 2849-3019, quick shot 1830-2177, thermal grenade 1722-1824, kick 788-839, flurry 1103-1454, tendon blast 562-617, vital shot 3198 over 15 sec., XS freighter flyby 7380. shoot first 3365-3529 vs spike 770-879 (both class open usually with this) back blast 2850-3077 vs voltaic slash 1003-1132 X 2 sucker punch 2849-3019 (on proc it can be used 2-3 times in a row) vs shock 1955-2064 + discharge 604-658 after this rotation a smart scoundrel will vanish and reopen with shot first, so will put it in pair with maul. shoot first 3365-3529 vs maul 3146-3548 flurry 1103-1454 vs saber strike 1140-1382 (to recover energy or force) kick 788-839 vs electrocute 763-866 (4 seconds stuns) XS freighter flyby 7380 vs ......nothing, no aoe for assassins. vital shot 3198 vs force lightning 4070 (bleed is far better helping you to uncover your enemy if he restealth) quick shot 1830-2177 vs overload 1120-1171 (can be used after 20 seconds but QS can be used till u have no energy) thermal grenade 1722-1824+ tendon blast 562-617 vs ????? ??????? vs assassinate 3873-4367 assassin hits: spike 770-879, voltaic slash 1003-1132 X 2, shock 1955-2064, discharge 604-658, maul 3146-3548, force lightning 4070, electrocute 763-866, assassinate 3873-4367, overload 1120-1171, saber strike 1140-1382, lacerate 893-1008-useless (not used by sins unless to aoe a bit) , trash 928-1047-useless (not used by dps class). Looking to this we see that scoundrel have by far a better burst, have HP recovery with a short Cd but over 45 seconds, bleed effect over stealth classes to prevent them for vanishing, shoot first who will hit like a truck with a 9 seconds CD. Assassin is doomed after 2.0. Hope Bioware will wake up and put spike in pair with shoot first but also to give something like assassinate to scoundrels while sins get a bleed effect and an oae dmg. Cheers. Comment plz.
  10. Scoundrels / operatives cried the most about sins/shadows. They are god mode again in 2.0, sins/shadows will die. Period.
  11. Scoundrel is by far the most buffed class in this game, ppl will realize it after the launch of 2.0. No point to troll yet, i will enjoy mine.
  12. He wanna show how Op is operative, his victims die in seconds because of stun locks which make this class ridiculously OP. Balance is the word for this video which does not exist in this game
  13. Assassin BUGS since 1.6 not fixed> 1. Seethe is BUGGED. If you use it and the terrain have irregularities it's stop channeling. 2. Overload is BUGGED. If your current target vanish and you use it it does not apply it's effect. And this was kinda the only thing we can do to uncover the stealth classes that vanish during a fight. 3. Force Shroud is BUGGED. You can be stunned easy mode with this talent up. On rep side seems only Resilience is bugged and perhaps Force Wave. Bioware, we need a very fast FIX. 1.7 is live and 1.6 have a lot of BUGS unfixed.

    Overload BUG!

    If your target vanish from sight and assasins use overload, this doesnt work, is buged, it makes no animation just only the icon show it was used but does not make any animation. This happen only when target vanish and you use it to discover him. It works fine if target is does not vanish.
  15. I have encountered both situations posted here and even more. My targets disappear from wiew and i am not able to fight back, while i am taking damage still. If you look close to sage/sorcs their speed is glitching the game so the animation looks like a speed hack. Low slash does not work even if it apply is damage, leap does not imobilize targets even if they dont dodge it or block it or take is damage and many many many more. Too bad that bugs become more and more, i refer to numbers here.

    Low Slash BUG!

    Before coming with comments READ first. When i hit with low slash to build a deadly rotation i observed he is BUGGED 90% time. My target take the damage from the hit but the target is not affected by the hit and move and fight freely like nothing was happen. Target is not incapacitated. Have this issue since 1.6.

Node was undefended, i used trinket to push/leap and try get in range of the player who was caping, stoped him first time then flash bomb, i was out of trinket , he caped safe. this is hilarious and it happen but is way too much for a CC, is Ilogical. imagine all classes with a CC having a timer biger then caping timer. That will be crapy like it is with operatives/scoundrels. Period.
  18. As a tank you cant do too much dmg and u kite as much u can, if u are out of trinket using it to help the node and he flash bomb on u he can cap safely beeing there not atacked by other players. 8 seconds is too much. period. Imagine me as tank with 8 sec stun, Imao.
  19. I was sure some will say this but plz read the topic, u cant interupt flash bomb but u can interupt wirwind. Flash WINS.

As a Jug tank if i use my 4 sec stuns from choke or backhand i cant ever cap a gate because i can be interupted between them but if acoundrel use is 8 seconds flash bomb he can cap a gate because is the exactly caping time WICH IS UNFAIR BY FAR AND MOST UNBALANCED CC STUF IN THE GAME. Stop bul***** like this in PVP, is ILOGICAL to have an instant CC with same time as caping time. Is easy to use it smart for a safe cap. Do you ever use Logical thinking when developing a game?
  21. Try play carnage and things will get better. At level 50 go smasher.
  22. Sin/shadow tank/hybrid spec will be first but also a hybrid tanky Jug/Guardian might be as well (vs melle specialy), but my second option goes for operative / scoundrel (they are deadliest if u play them well, even a sin can hardly kill them).

Before you cry about smash cry about scoundrels/operatives initial burst wich is hiest from all game (no class can open with a 6-7k crit from SF - with about 640 power and 31% crit, 78% surge, this is my dmg on scoundrel). As scoundrel i have no problem in 1v1 with any class. Before a smasher open on me he is more then 30% HP left or even dead (stunlock is the king, just learn to use it). If they balance the game they need to modify alot before doing it. NERF SMASHER.
  24. NO, they spam grav round or tracer misile again. If they are bad in healing, ya they are because they all prefere to take grav roun/tracer misile instead of goin full heal (they have right here because a sorc can put nice crits in full healing spec while mercs dont). But if you play them well they are very good.
  25. Then this is dodged alot, because i leaped on all classes from light armor till heavy armor and they got free move. And i noticed this on very very low classes that walked away free with no problem like nothing was happening. I wish to dodge some dots from specific classes. That will be interesting because those kind of abilities are never dodged but leap is, even by dam low classes.
