has this been addressed yet?

there have been very recent rumors of sightings of Satanus, Tupac, Biggie and Rock Hudson running around the Bay Area in Laderhosen. Has anyone else been able to verify this?

being that im back to work now I haven't been around for the server restarts. can the servers come back up in 10 min? second, something tells me this has something to do with the patch. but we'll see.

Just came out of a civil war. just typed in "protect your healers:. got a mouth full of smart *** comments. yeah..it's the vacuum...yeah it's the noobs...but imo, it's mostly the inability/unwillingness to learn how to play. THAT has the imp side in pure turmoil right now.

meh...the level of play has dropped dramatically almost instantaneously on the pub side. Just left a match against pubs. It was surprisingly more even and challenging than I expected at first. However, I was the only one beating up the healers. Once the other team got a whiff of that they'd all stop what they're doing....well you know the rest. lol. couldnt get them to attack the healer for nothing!

does NOT lie in rerolling to the pub side. lol That is all!

horrid may just be the understatement of the century. this boggles the mind how bad the entire faction is on a whole.

not sure how or why but republic pug pvp is horrendous right now! I mean just awful!

ps speaking your piece and not allowing a person a reach-around in the conversation (ignoring before the response) ...............

I wouldnt even bother to let those types get under my skin. they spend more time swearing they're teaching the rest of the pvp world rather than learning. While we can all somewhat agree that numbers are not EVERYTHING they are not NOTHING! lol. A person who only has 67k dps should either have a bunch of objective points, protection points or a hell of a lot of healing. A person that did 500k+ should have at least helped keep their team in a power play as much as possible. Giving other players a chance to step up and contribute more. The science of guarding a pylon on hypergate is lost on many. Although it is painfully simple really.

People that actually KNEW how to pvp, knew that it was balanced. It took coordination and good communication, as well as a knowledge of how to play their classes, to beat good teams. Seriously, how much more balance can people ask for when each side has the EXACT same classes/abilities at their disposal? Anyone whining the game wasn't balanced probably should have went back to their previous games. aside from the lack of real usefullness of most (not all) commandos and mercs this point hits it right on the head. people weren't getting stomped because of lack of gear (solely) but more a lack of skill and coordination. yes bolster is going to make gear less of an issue. but i doubt most players who dont take the time to hone their skills are going to see a difference in the long run. it's funny. I made a couple new 50's after all the double xp. before 2.0 i went in the wz's with recruit gear. though i did not always top leaderboards i still outperformed the overwhelming majority Im sure there are many others who will agree. It has not been and is not all about the gear. and when they all start hitting 55 and everyone doesn't have bolster to hide behind will begin to show whay they are really about.

say it one mo again! ps. the only thing about bolster that bothers me is that all the pvp gear i've grinded is now useless. all the credits i've spent etc.They could have made the bolster make the lower gear commensurate not the only way to go.

tbh. while the tips the op are good I think a good part of the frustration simply comes from what appears to be a lack of "common sense". Most decent pvp'ers understand that there are non-decent players but unfortunately they have to be played with. It may be a fair argument that many players are just casual and have not invested the time and energy into learning how to succeed like the rest of us. Double xp was a double edged sword. many people climbed levels quickly but have not gotten the time to learn how to play their toons successfully. pvp is going to be a hot mess for a while to come. maybe bioware could incorporate pvp playing tips into the ? element of the game. I mean anything to help needs to be done.

just solely a guess but i think a good portion of the "not so good players" came over to pub side thinking they were gonna win more. Not really realizing that the suckage came over too. lol This is frustrating right now.

What's really going to bake your noodle is when 3-4 of them come a-leaping simultaneously. Gonna have to learn how to play on the outskirts. Get in, get out and get gone!

"Apparently these guys had been running their premade against PUGs the entire time me and my mates were looking for an opponent in Ranked. " This happens A LOT. In fact Ranked rarely pops unless two teams take the time to coordinate it's occurrence.

stun bubble is annoying. but more importantly it needs work on how it fills up your resolve. i chew stun bubblers like bubble gum though. project, force in balance, force breach, bubble comes down it's clobberin' time!!!

bottom line? the overwhelming majority of players are pretty bad at pvp. The good players group up cause it's difficult to carry 7 other players. I pugged for the better part of the first year and trudged on. That's because i love pvp. then i joined an elite guild and i enjoy pvp even more now. if you really want to be able to enjoy pvp id suggest joining a pvp guild, getting on voip and enjoying the game. otherwise, you will remain frustrated. ps I would never augment recruit gear. unless you have plenty of credits to waste/spend. But WH gear is so easy to get now. pps this could be crazy sounding but when they go ahead and make ranked wz's solo q'able you'll see a lot of the better players spend less time in reg wz's. right now it's a lucky thing to get two teams matched up with each other.
