  1. We want dual spec! Yes, so it takes 20 seconds to redistribute your talent points when you respec, but it's super annoying and is a waste of time. Not to mention you have to reorganize your talents and equip the appropriate gear piece by piece. It'd be a feature, helpful, to smoothe the gameplay. It is desperately needed. To those complaining, you can buy Field Respec for 200k credits with Legacy Perks.
  2. People said it was impossible, yet we got the Galactic Starfighters. Now, how about a Pod Racing mod? BioWare has the opportunity to transform the most BORING part of The Phantom Menace into something super fun with tremendous repleyability potential! No rewards, no currencies, no special gear, no nothing. Just a fun, casual racing game mode? You could customize your vehicle with colours, decals, stickers and other details, you could buy and improve engines, thrusters, handling mods, booster mods... these modded vehicles could even be your standard vehicle in the world. How fun would it be to queue for a Pod Racing and race against 5 to 10 other people, just for the fun of it. It's obviously incredibly complicated to implement, but I know it's possible. What do you guys think?
  3. That would be very interesting indeed, especially for running Heroic 2+ quests. You sometimes spend hours looking for a group and sometimes you can't even do them. To everyone else, it may be something wrong with me. I doubt, though. At the moment I'm playing a Vanguard, level 25 in Nar Shaddaa, where I outlevel every mob by 5 levels. I have a full set of adaptative armor and the best blue mods for my level, which I update everytime with professions from alts and GTN. Yet, if I accidentally pull two silvers and two standards, even with a companion out, they'll get pretty close of killing me. My complaint isn't about the super end-game, when you're uber-geared with the best PVE set of equips, where you can run in the world and kill everything without breaking a sweat. My complaint is about the leveling process. I don't want a super easy combat, just a minor balance tweak to make your character as powerful and improtant as the story implies you are.
  4. Precisely. Siths constantly say things like "I have more power in one fist than you have in your entire army", or npcs saying that you'd need a small artillery to defeat a Jedi, and yet you can't even solo a silver-mob with two henchmen easily.
  5. I was comparing two tank characters; maybe I expressed myself poorly. A Protection Paladin can tank ten standard mobs without having to throw a heal. While a Jedi Guardian tank cannot do the same thing, with or without a companion out. A Hunter would fare well, since they have good mobility, decent CC and survivability mechanics. My grudge isn't with the companion system - I really love it; I just think they shouldn't be mandatory to fight bad guys in the world, maybe only Elite-level mobs. At the beginning, when you have one Companion, you can't level up your Crew Skills because you can't use your only Companion for that, lest you be defeated by mobs everywhere when questing.
  6. I've met a few new players and they touched this subject, which I agree. Your character is, pretty much, obliged to have a Companion out at all times. Characters aren't strong enough to take on lesser/silver targets by themselves without almost dying. That is especially true if you're a tanker and your dps output is very low. You pretty much can't solo a large group of mobs without burning a few cooldowns, and even your defensive stats aren't that powerful. If you compare to a real tank in WoW, for instance, where you can solo dozens of standard mobs and pretty much not lose any health. I wish your "Emperor's Wrath" or "Hero of the Republic" would be strong enough to take care of him/herself alone against common thugs.
  7. This has been the subject of many complaints and suggestions. Rightfully so, in my opinion. Vehicles are a very important part of the Star Wars lore, both in terms of iconography and usefulness. My suggestion, and of many other players, is that vehicles should be considerably much faster than what they are now. Not only every single vehicle having proportionately the same speed makes no sense, a mechanized superbike will run as fast as a fat, unbalanced creature with someone on its back. You can calculate the effective speed of the standard vehicle at 100% bonus speed, by selecting a far away target and moving in a straight line, counting the time. The velocity will be an average of 75 km/h ( ~45 mph). That is compared to the speederbike's standard velocity, stated in the movies and official lore, of 500 km/h. Relax, we don't want that kind of superfast vehicles, and we understand that would unbalance the game because monsters and enemies would be unable to react to something moving that fast. I'm not an expert or a developer, but I believe vehicles could have their speed increased by, at least, the double of what it's at now. Why would someone pay a total of 200 thousand dollars to have a car that only moves about twice your running speed? A bicycle would've been greener, cheaper and healthier. Thank you!
  8. For a second there I was misled into believing that "Heroic Space Missions" would be multiplayer. BioWare, is it possible to create, like, a two-player Space Mission? That would be awesome.
  9. I have this suggestion, which may sound a little odd, but I believe it makes sense. I think we should be able to rename our companions. At the same time they are not pets but a real character, I do believe it's not plausible to have 20 thousand Vettes running around the city. Being able to rename our companion would increase the uniqueness of our characters, in my opinion. That way, instead of Vette, I could be teamed up with Yanna, the twi'lek. What do you guys think?
