You start with your talents @ level 10 and you can only advance up a level in the tree after putting 5 points in a level... so the earliest you can get it would be 30 if you ignore the items in Lightning. Unfortunately the items in Lightning are pretty critical to your process as well, so you most likely will want to grab them before you start up the Corruption tree. The statements that it gets easy with that skill also takes into consideration skills or enhancements to your skills that you pick up on the way.

There is ample documentation on the SWTOR site, the Internet, these forums and a quick view through the information provided in game should be able to explain to you what the class does. If you are unable to gather the key aspects of your class from reading the information provided... then you should be looking for another game.

See if this does it for you... Good information on setting up raid frames for healing, but haven't set this in a WF to see if it covers everyone in the WF or not. Heal On!
