I'm not sure if this has been posted before, probably has a million times already, but I am wondering why the sub price is so high, $15 USD is a lot right now for AUD especially for a game that is over 3 years old. I know WoW still charges the same amount and a lot of MMO's do as well but that is the problem, with so many MMORPG's around and a lot offering a better f2p model there isn't too much incentive to pay a $15 sub fee. I know of at least 3 other people, as well as myself that have said they would Subscribe for a lower price of $5 a month. With so many other subscriptions for services like xbox live gold and ps plus that offer free games as well as streaming content like netflix there isn't a lot of money or incentive to subscribe to one game. UPDATE: Bioware got back to me and they will transfer my characters for me. Im pretty happy with that

When I signed up I didn't pay much attention to my country of origin, because I didnt think it would affect me, and it was set to United States. I am an Australian player and I cant access the character transfers, I have sent customer support an email and am awaiting a reply. I have been an active player since launch and I hope they can enable to transfer characters for me otherwise I wouldn't much feel like playing a game on a server that would be dead during my peak time and I wouldn't bother restarting so I would probably just quit, which would suck cause this game has great potential. In the name of good customer service please help me out

Hi Dont know if this has been posted before, have searched and came up with nothing. I am thinking the amount of character slots should be upgraded to 16 instead of 8. This would allow for both advanced classes of each faction to be played, allowing the get full access to the story for both light and darkside, male and female. I would like to see this implemented especially since I saw the legacy video explaining you need to get a race to 50 to be able to play it on oppoising faction, destroying my dream of a sith Miraluka because I wish to experience the imperial story in all its facets
