Here is the thing, say he parried my low slash, then he parried my electrocute and still able to run off at faster than normal speed?

I know that it fails time to time, thats why i had to electrocute him right after, no luck and he was still moving towards my teammate at little faster than normal run speed. lets say both of my stun failed, but he was clearly engaged yet he was able to run off faster than normal run speed?

Can anyone confirm this? As the accuser the burden is on you to confirm there is a hack (post video). Because it sounds like you just went up a player that is a lot better than you. It sucks, I hate them too, but thats the way the game is. Gear doesn't really make a huge difference, skill does. I absolutely agree with what you are saying. Yes Gear comes after skill. And yes I do agree that I am not the best player out there and there are players that are probably far more better than I am. But like I said this one is bit out of ordinary. I just don't see how he was immune to CC when I opened and was able to run away that fast when he is in combat. By the way, there seem to be a speed hack available out there. I will not post the web site but yes there is a speed hack out there....but still about being immune to CC... This sucks....

Fellow PvP'ers, I am not going to post any names nor accusing anyone YET, but recently it has come to my attention that I am suspecting some players in Arena are cheating. I've been playing the game from pre release and I quite enjoy pvp from day1. I know I am not the best player out there but I do my good amount of research to improve myself better all the time. My main is sith jugg jumping from vengeance to rage time to time. I've been playing mmo for many years (pvp'ing) prior to this game so I consider myself a "NOOB" either. This One Player! every time we go against him, it is gurantee loss! At first I was just thinking someone else is more dedicated than most of us. But seeing this one particular guy even carrying not one but two others that are way under geared in arena, I started to wonder what he is doing that I am not capable of doing. First I checked his gear and spec. Just a full brut gear with all power/surge, and surprisingly exact same vengeance spec. Alright then, so he is just way better than I am. Now when I say way better , he makes me feel like I am under level player going against 55 with full brut gear. Yes that is how bad it came down to. So instead of focusing on winning, I started to observe this player and he was doing certain things that were questionable to me. Even before he force charge, he was immune to two CC's at once. This I noticed with my sin who is two pieces away from full brut gear. In the beggining of the match, i opened with Discharge and the damage he took was substantially lower than usual. No he was not guarded and he was in shien form. I said ***?? so I follow up with low slash and didn't work he still moves towards whoever in my team that are about to get FF.... I said *** again and Electrocute him but he was just kept running away from me. and then.....the speed he had... was way faster than my Jugg can move. I'd say somewhere around between inquisitor's force speed and Regular running. Like I said earlier, My main is jugg and I know what my character is capable of, but this guy is just a bit out of ordinary. I still like to think that whatever he is doing, he is just very good at this game than most others. I've heard of rumors on speed hacks, macro hacks and bunch other....which I never even pay attention to. But what if he does use hack? where does that leave me and other players? Does certain hack really exist? Do people use them in WZ/RWZ arena? Can anyone confirm this? If so, does anyone know what type hack people are using? I apologize in the advance to dedicated players out there if it happens to be my own mistake.

Hey there fellow jugg/guardians... I've been trying to experiment with shield offhand in arena and still couldn't get the result I am looking for since solo queing matchs can be extreamly situational. Basically I try to stay soresu form untill i dive into an attack mode then switch out to shien. My question is, how much dps would i actually lose in shien form while using shield offhand? As much as I love to put out dps, I figure it is also as important to try stay alive as long as you can and keep your team alive as much you can by either being a meatshield for time being or...whatever necessary. Can anyone possibly confirm this? Is it really worth it or not? Thx in the advance.

and you dont have any rage problem with that build? no point into ruin either?

As title says, I see majority of people not investing points into Overwhelm in skill tree. I like to know why and detailed explanation if possible. I mean what if your opponent just backs off while trying to land a ravage? You wont be able to land all 3 hits right? I am just not sure how is that going to help us especially with ranged opponent? At the same time, I was under the impression that Accuracy was worthless in PVP. Won't it be better to put 2 pts into unyielding instead of put full 3 points into accuracy in order to go up to next level of skill tree? thx in the advance.

Hello, I just hit level 55 and was checking out new pvp gear set and I must say I am pretty confused. Pre 2.0, I was wearing full WH gears with EWH weapons and I was doing just fine in wz and soloing daily heroics except for one from belsaviss-x . Currently I am wearing same gear except for level 53 hilt and it seems my current weapon damage is way higher than new 55 LS. And then, I remembered back while I was leveling at 53(with new level 53hilt), I was able to defend and even kill number of level 55 that were trying to gank me. with that said, are those expertise rating only work in WZ? if so, those pvp gears are worthless in world pvp or pve? Is it something BW changed in 2.0 so that pvp gears are only worth in WZ? if so, are we going to need to carry two sets of gears for pvp and pve ? I know 2.0 is still new but are they still viable in world pvp and pve as well like I mentioned earlier?

I only wish they would add more star wars looking armors/cloth than Mass Fail looking armor. Not sure who is designing those armors and who is approving them but It needs to go IMO. I am not going to complain about thier marketing stratage since I am not the one who is paying for their over head cost but please ...... make the game look more like star wars ... I am pretty sure majority of people play swtor only because it has star wars graphic.

do you guys use gear with aug or just regular pvp gears with pvp bonus stats? if using aug gear, should I go with str or power? has anyone tested it out yet?

I would have to agree, Key to the high damage on your chart is survivability IMO. I am not the best player out there nor fully understand how to play my class, but with vengeance spec i pull around 170k average in every match and I am always dead half of the match.
