So it seems Star Forge is down at the moment, and I am unable to log in. Why can't I at least get to a server select screen so I can play a character on any of the other four working servers? This is some serious bull.

I get the feeling they never read these posts. Only one suggestion out of 80+ heeded seems like random chance.

Changing the date worked initially to get me into the game completely, but I got disconnected and subsequently got the blank server select list...

Same here. ***? ETA: Changing date to yesterday seems to have fixed it. Pretty lame, Bioware.

More than 12 hours and the issues continue to abound. I only got in after multiple login attempts (eventually) yielded a C5 error. Deleted the Bitraider folder and relaunched. After verifying and patching, the play button actually worked again!

Another 2 hour break, and I still can't get past the Play button. KOTFE splash screen comes up and boom, right back to the desktop. There goes our weekly ops time...

Gave up for a couple hours. Now the client is able to connect and patch, but clicking play just dumps me back to the desktop. Note: Telling me the problem rests with an "external partner" does absolutely nothing to alleviate your blame in my eyes.

It's getting worse. Was able to log in at first, but failed to patch. Now, it won't even log in (208 error)... If I did this to any of my clients, I would not only be fired, but also sued into oblivion as well. ETA: I sincerely hope this is resolved before the holiday weekend really kicks into gear.

I do not care for PVP play. I am not on a PVP server. I do not purposely flag myself for PVP. Yet I am increasingly getting flagged inadvertently for PVP, either by having aoe attack targetting an npc spill over onto a flagged enemy player character, or by healing a flagged friendly player character that is currently in my group. In the case of the former, some of the instances were no doubt the result of the flagged enemy player character purposely walking into the aoe attack to make me flagged. While I understand many enjoy PVP, I also believe it should be the player's option to participate. I've already indicated my preference in the matter by selecting a PVE server, and I'm tired of being forced into it. Honestly, it can't be that hard to introduce a simple setting to disable PVP entirely. On a secondary note, to those that brag on their PVP achievements on a PVE server, step up and move to a PVP server and play against people who train for and are geared for PVP before threatening to switch to your operative to beat me down when you take insult. In fact, ditch that entire attitude.

So if two accounts were both around since launch, would you have them go back to who pre-ordered the game first? Would legacy name "ownership" be determined by which account was created first, or by which account first reached the end of Act One?

Just tried this HM, and Daksh kept dropping aggro from our tank and one-shotting the closest dps before going back. Has anyone recently run this HM and had a similar issue?
