Really, useless? Just unbelievable. I have my combat medic as my main, and i'm sure i'll have no problems getting into groups through the connections I know in my server. Seriously, this much paranoia will kill new players who want to play a class, but get scared off by the people on the forums.

Oh man, this is what I was afraid of... If you like/love Combat medic, keep it at mate! Don't let people freak you out on a couple of % decrease in healing.

How does it DESTROY PvE healing? Plox explain! Wait, this is a RELAXED response??? Not the people on the thread, but the threads that proclaim Bioware RUINED Commando Healing. If you honestly think that's the case, then you need to relax.

After I realized that the 1.2 pts patch notes were up, and subsequently reading them, I knew I was not going to find good cheers from the commando forums. I'm already counting four threads on the subject . I'm a level 50 Commando Medic, valor rank 49, almost full champ gear, so I thought I would chip in on my thoughts on the pts 1.2 patch. As you can tell from my 'credentials' I mostly focus on PvP . That being said, I can't really speak to the PvE aspect so much of Commando Healing. To be honest, I am surprised at some of the changes the Combat Medic got, ESPECIALLY the cost increase for the trauma probe to 2 ammo! That really hurts. Aside from that, everything seems reasonable. 5% less armor bonus here, less healing there. From the changes i've noticed, there is nothing too outrageous going on to solicit 1.2 commando MAJOR NERFS threads popping up. We, as a collective, have to relax, stop the knee jerk reaction, I mean the notes were JUST posted yesterday/today. We have to give it time to really sink in and make reasonable assumptions to how the changes will translate into the game play.

I'm all for Cross whatever, cept lfg, I find that odd. However, I find it...amusing that I keep seeing posts like "We NEEEED Cross Server PvP que or ALL OF US WILL UNSUBBBB! and after a minute or two and I refresh, there is another thread that says, if Cross server PvP warzone is addded, MORE of us will leave!!!!11! It boggles my mind how a handful of people say they speak for hundreds, or thousands of players and that if x, y, or z (at times conflicting with each other) does not get met, the game will...die! I've been holding that in for a while, carry on.

Bioware, why are they saying they hate voidstar? I like Voidstar Biware!

I iz Commando Healer, I usually get 2 MVP votes if I do a good job, and I always vote for the other top healer. It's a lifestyle choice...

I'm blown away by all of the new things coming in this patch! All the more detail the options are going to have, pvp warzone tab, appearance tab, GUI, etc. That being said, as much as I want all the content to be ready by this month, I will be patient and wait until everything has been fleshed out and in proper order.

I HONESTLY don't have too much trouble finding people for a group. Obviously i'm lying (To a SPECIAL few). To the bold- Are you serious? So you're saying they are launching to other areas because they are dying? I would think they would do like any other corporation and expand to different regions beyond the Western World...

I don't think you should focus on accuracy I'm level 50 Cmbat Medic. The way I prioritize things is: Aim>Crit>Surge>Power>Alacrity. That's just my opinion, but it has served me well in PvP, Flashpoint, and 1 Operation.

Hi i've been a level 50 CM for a while now and at first I did not have the Psych Aid skill learned. Then I figured "removes negative mental effects" meant force techniques. Turns out it does not . Or is my game whack? In other words, what does Psych Aid help with?

Thanks! Well I've been A medic since level 29 and I don't regret the change at all! Given I don't have that dps burst to take down some enemies quickly, I can survive almost anything! After I got Forex I knew it was wise to go medic because you rarely need outside help. Mind you i'm armstech so I don't get a chance to gear up my forex and I still manage to heal him against champion level enemy. That's not saying I can't do damage myself. I still have a good amount of aim to translate to some big hits when i'm not healing. And I don't feel left out at all on PvE or even PvP. Everyone needs a healer!

So I just reached level 50, pretty excited. I currently have 1090 Aim and 31% Tech crit. Am I able to go ahead and join operations or do I have to grind some Hardmode Instances to get better gear? If I have to get better gear, what Aim # and Crit % should I look to achieve?
