  1. It's the problem with most games being developed now a days, as it seams the games are being made by money hungry CEOs and not gamer's them selves who love RPGs ignoring the art form all together fore a buck. But it is are fault for coming back for more as consumers... EDIT: EA went wrong by developing a MMORPG. When their strong points are single player based games like Mass Effect...
  2. There's always the SWGemu, and that is what is funny. The SWGemu in it present condition (Old graphics and no flowing garments) is better then this game fore several reasons. One: No RPG tools, like the chat bubble in a RPG. Two: The look never resembled Star Wars. For example; With out lightsabers in the game, it would almost not resemble Star Wars at all. Three: SWTOR never really captured the essence of Knights of the Old Republic. If it wasn't for the flashpoint Where we I wouldn't even know I was in that time frame. Last: No open space to explore or fight-in, in a game with the title Star Wars. Once Jump to Lightspeed is add to the SWGemu. this game will not stand a chance of making a profit from reliable Star Wars fans specially ones that want to roleplay....
  3. How well will this run SWTOR? I've seen Battlefield 3 played on Ultra settings on YouTube. Can't find anything on SWTOR game-play on YouTube... Asus G75VX-TS72 notebook PC. 2.4GHz Intel Core i7-3630QM quad-core processor 17.3" diagonal display with Full HD 1920x1080p resolution 16GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670MX graphics with 3GB GDDR5 dedicated graphics memory Windows 8, 64-bit
  4. Yeah. it would help if there were game mechanics to help with this simple issue.. besides we are all childish as we are playing a video game, LOL.
  5. No. If you agree to the terms of a quick-run, then no one should have to state "push the spacebar"
  6. I thought there was a protocol for this sort of thing? As some people like to go through the stories cut-scenes and others want to do a "quick-run" as I think it is called. Anyway, I thought that we were supposed to announce to those who want to join a group, before they join a group, that the group would be doing a quick-run or enjoying the stories cut scenes. So if this was a quick-run, then OP is in the right. But if it was a story-run, for a lack of a better term, then OP is in the wrong. If it wasn't stated what the run would be, then you all bad...
  7. I thought it was supposed to be a powerfull weapon.. They lied to me, they told me they fixed it...
  8. Your right. But I dought even if Lucas isn't making any more moves his going to not pass the torch on fore such Ideas as this one. He isn't making any more movies. He's not shutting the galaxy far, far away down...
  9. I have not. And there have been far more complexed CGI out there that have been made in a year or less. I'm not saying but all of them together at once. I'm saying start at the Golden Age Of The Sith and The Han Solo trilogys and go down thous time lines skiping the movies of course except for the inbetween expanded univers such as Shadows Of the Empire... It would take severiale years to complete all the books and comics but thats the point. if they go strait to DvD then all involved would turn a profit. this is working for DC Comices as we speak as they have released several animated cartoons that are adapted from their comics...
  10. Bioware already has the comic books and novels to support SWTOR. But what if they went a little farther no, alot farther and turned their comics into CGI movies that would be buyable via INTERNET in the same quality as their game trailers. To the point of sparking and influencing Lucasarts to do the same with all the books and comics out there in the same fashion. you could start out at two different time periods The Golden Age of the Sith and the Han solo trilogy's. Mark Hamil could do the voice overs for Luke Skywalker and Carrie Fisher Could do Liea. I don't think Harrison Ford would do Han, but maybe. A collaboration between bioware, Dark Horse Comics and lucasarts would bring alot of money in and make alot of fans happy...
  11. To what degree will we be able to color coordinate are gear? Will we be able to do both the base color and the trim? Or will we only be able to do the trim we saw in the video?
  12. UI customization and gear customization finally. Bioware stop spoiling the community
  13. I don't have any friends:( Will people I know do?
  14. I Know that it is $14.00 USDs in the USA. But are there any taxes and what is the exact price after tax if tax pending... I canceled my subscription because of lag and now I fixed that and want to continue to play but I only have $14.79 USDs....
