Stop living nearly 10 years ago. Times have changed, so have expectations. You need to compare swtor with wow in there current states. Its like comparing a new car with one 10 years ago. I have un subbed due to a care bear server. That will die, 8 people at 2pm on a Sunday just isnt good enough. Cleared all content and no new gear to go after in 1.3, no ETA on NMM EC. So all devs working on leveling content. Really? Who isnt 50 by now? I dont want alts, but got so bored i have 3 50's. Legacy is a pointless credit sink.

Personally, i think normal mode should drop tionese gear. Same as HM4 should, just to give it some use. Then HM ops columi, NM ops rakata. Atm there is actually no reason to be hardcore about ops because its too easy. Normal should stay, but not drop columi. If you want to ops casual you should get casual gear for it.

Actually I understand it. But if they want to make it like that they shouldn't have a dps that can heal and tank. I don't mind if I lost loot rolls, if someone in my group got I'd be happy for them. It's the fact that our trooper companions are getting more gear than our HM team.

I don't really know where to put this. So... Here will do. Currently I'm playing a dps inf shadow. Part of a 4 man HM farming team. We are 2 consular a guardian and a gunslinger. Problem is that only trooper is dropping. Is this a mech to encourage/force you to use all 4 archetypes? By always naturally this a mmo and I'm qq'ing slightly. But... The gunslingers companion has 4 piece columi the off hand implant and earpiece. Plus a belt. I have the bracers lol. And lots of lovely yet slightly useless tionese crystals. Personally a game as innovative as this one should of came up with a different loot system that would incorporate class based loot. By that I mean. Why bother having 3 types of consular if there's no point them grouping. I know you would miss buffs. But it's not the end of the world. Why not just drop boots as a token and not make it class related. This might make it too easy. In my opinion WoW raid loot was perfect. Bioware coul easily implant that JK/CON boots drop as a token and then troop/smug. I won't reply further to trolls or people who reply. OMG YOU LIKED WOW GO BACK FANBOY.
