  1. Interesting, I liked Kaliyo because she fit in with my Dark IA. Basically all of my choices earned affection with her. I used her through Hoth, when I got Temple then I tried different companions. I found that Lokin provided me with the most survivability and liked many of my darkside choices, plus he uses almost identical gear. I could take on, and survive, encounters that would drop Kaliyo even with me healing fulltime and doing nothing but keeping my dots up.
  2. Agree with the IA story being quite engaging. Was not a huge fan of the Belsavis part though. My darkside IA was best paired with Kaliyo, though I found more success (read: survivability) with Lokin. I liked the feeling that I was trying to manipulate the outcome to my advantage while knowing that everyone else was trying to, and in some cases succeeding in , manipulating the character. Revenge was sweet.
  3. Name of Class:Easily Distracted Guardsman Faction: Either Role: Only class to level backwards AC: butterflies/shiny objects Butterflies: ranged dps - Since they "focus" on distant objects, you hope the distance from the battle will attract their attention Shiny Objects: Tank - up close and personal and getting hit in the face is the only way to keep the EDG's mind from wandering Armor/weapons: Blaster Rifle/Vibroknife Story: Chapter 1: You begin as a max level imperial/republic guard when you allow a prisoner of high value to escape your clutches, with the help of a farm boy and handsome rogue, and get away with plans for a secret new weapon being developed by your faction because you were away from your post watching a televised huttball match. Chapter 2: After being demoted and reassigned you find yourself on a space station establishing a blockade over a relatively peaceful planet. After allowing the opposing faction negotiators to escape and failing to capture the planet's ruler you finally make your biggest blunder in the ensuing battle for the planet. While examining your belly button you forget to activate the shield surrounding the hanger entrance and the easily accessible reactor core and allow the single most valuable battlefield asset to be destroyed by a 10 year old kid piloting a stolen spaceship. This single action hands the battle, and the planet, to the opposite faction. Chapter 3: Demoted again and reassigned to a remote outpost on a planet with a single garrison. You are given a promotion to sensor operator when the farm boy who ruined your career in Chapter One suddenly shows up and surrenders to you. However, the sweet taste of victory turns to bitter ashes in your mouth when, as sensor operator, you are playing pazaak on your terminal allowing opposing forces, including the prisoner and handsome rogue from Chapter 1, to land on the planet undetected and rally the primitive inhabitants. This eventually leads to the capture of your heavily fortified garrison by what can only be described as teddy bears and the destruction of the secret weapon whose plans were stolen in Chapter 1. While you escape capture and return to the faction capitol planet you are either force choked to death by an angry Sith Lord or killed by a Bounty Hunter hired by people who were sick of your bungling. This class has no end game.
  4. I have no idea who Jaxo is. Currently, I'm a level 20 femTrooper, is she an upcoming NPC, or do I not remember her because I'm playing a femTrooper? When do you meet Dorne?
  5. I tried to kill her before she became my minion. Now we roll together killing people when given the option and sticking it to authority. That, and she does my shopping. I let her tank, and I sit back and just hit her with heals. That works well for me. I don't even bother with cover too much
