I have 3 questions: 1. Since pvp is now being focused on 4v4 arenas, will class balance be based around 4v4s instead of 8v8s as it previously was? 2. Are there any plans to have arena tournaments? 3. Are there any plans to bring 8v8 ranked back for a Huttball tournament when the new Huttball map is released? (this would be awesome, huttball is hands-down the best ranked map)

A full alacrity set with pve mods can provide around 1238 alacrity (1088 with pvp mods/implants/ear). This gives you a 13.707% (12.456% with the pvp mods) decrease on your gcd as well as a similar energy regeneration boost. Along with pugnacity and skill tree boosts, this can give you a 25% reduction on your gcd and a similar energy boost. You can also have a special spec that gives you even more speed advantages, if you take the 15% speed boost from the middle tree and the extra 10 energy when pugnacity activates from the right tree. Cap before they get there (which you will), then stealth respec and change gear and you're good to go. Given that the first cap in Civil War generally decides the match (not always), it gives your team a huge advantage and forces the other team to play aggressive while allowing your team to tank up.

We've been pugging 2-3 for ranked every night and we've been doing alright. We haven't beaten Mvp's A team or anything like that, but we have several wins against some good teams. -Waffleeater

The truth would be that Lukewarm, Vegetable Medley and Krusty have the 3 best teams on server. Some other teams queue as well, such as Top Gun and Cookies, but not as often. Vegetable Medley is 4-1 vs Krusty and the only team we lose to often is Tauntauns, but we beat them some too. So maybe know what you're talking about before you do?
