Does the 50 minute queue mean its fixed?
-
I was wondering if the restriction as 2 per server or account? I've looked all over and all I find is information that it is restricted to two.
-
I was going to play again and maybe even spend some money on the game, but the restrictions are just stupid at this point. -UI restrictions are terrible, I've never seen this in any F2P game and probably for good reason. -Reduced experience rates. I noticed this on the new restrictions page, but no information has been given on what this is or how much, along with this being listed separate from no rested xp. -No hide headslot or unify color options. There are many F2P games that allow the basic option of hiding a headslot or dye features without paying. I can live without the unify color since that was not in the game for a long time, but no hide headslot is just silly at this point.

Anyone else came to the conclusion we just expected to much?

I'm in the camp that this game could have been way better and more expansive if they had not spent so much time on the voice acting potion of the game. Voice overs are very expensive to put in a game and take a lot of development for the scale that they incorporated into the game. If they had focused more on varying features and toned down the voice acting to only the major story quests, the game could have been a lot different with the massive budget that it had. -
Opinion: Do you see yourself playing at the end of the year?

I'll probably play until Diablo 3 is out, although I may quit before then for TERA. -

This game doesn't have server communities to begin with. -
Who Is To Blame For Server Imbalance: We Are
Sinfulness replied to itsmymillertime's topic in General Discussion
Wait... So its the players fault that the republic side is not as interesting or appealing at first glance? -
That's because most of the social point rewards are pretty lame, and there really is no major incentive to group while leveling. Heroics quests and flash points can be totally skipped while leveling. As to the RP grouping, really in MMO's the RP community is mostly dead or very well hidden due to it being turned into such a taboo. Even on RP servers the amount of RP taking place is limited. There will be scheduled events, but outside of that there is very little and people will simply not group for random RP most of the time.

It takes 600 warzone to get the 200 merc and when you add that to the 200 already needed ZOMG MATH TIME its 800.

This game needs a complete overhaul in crafting.
Sinfulness replied to MercArcher's topic in Crew Skills
One of the major issues holding back crafting is that components for higher end stuff is only available within hard mode instances, and on top of that they are BOP. This makes it very hard for gear to get out there at any large degree that would be a competitive market on the GTN (outside of the fact that the GTN is a broken mess). -
With kids being able to run into AOE's from both players and compansions, thus forcing them to flag it really needs to change that the only way to unflag is in a "safe zone." Having a random 50 run by and ganking people when they do not want to participate in pvp is getting old.

One conversation with Kira and then nothing, about to finish Nar Shadaa with about 3k affection.

The concept of a server community has been dead for a long, so hopefully the devs will realize this soon enough and start implementing cross server features to simply make life a little easier in the game.

The story is essentially what you would expect out of KOTOR 3.

BioWare: "most" people aren't having SWTOR performance issues
Sinfulness replied to Raggnarok's topic in General Discussion
I run around 40-100 fps depending on what is going on in game. i7 920 GTX 570 6gb or ram /shrug I'm guessing many of the people having issues are expecting too much out of cheap hardware or simply do not know how to optimize the drivers they use. FYI the latest drivers are not always the best. -
I seem to be the only person not having any major issues according to the way people act on the forums. Then again the vocal crybabies are probably the majority of posters while everyone else is off playing.

You need to do the bonus quests or you may fall behind in gear or level at later points. The extra tokens help a lot when it comes to keeping geared for the boss fights in the story quests.

Pretending SWTOR is singleplayer = Fun
Sinfulness replied to Darth_Carl's topic in General Discussion
I am mostly playing SWTOR as a single player game right now. Currently planning on level all 8 classes to see all the stories. I know there is a lot of crossover, but it should be fun. I've beaten Mass Effect 2 for example, more times than the 8 classes combined with the population of China and never got bored. -
I've given up for now and I am leveling my operative.
-
Now that you've played for a while, will SWTOR overtake WoW?
Sinfulness replied to Chevex's topic in General Discussion
WoW has China. /thread -
If you had half a brain you would realize that many people are angry because they made sure to pre-order early so they could get specific character names, but due to Bioware pulling this cute stunt, those that too initiative to pre-order as soon as possible got screwed.

I'll joint he club of mildly pist off people.

Early access guys write the day u entered the code
Sinfulness replied to xEverlastx's topic in General Discussion
July 21st pre-order about 1 hour after they went live and not in. Mildly pist over this since there are many that pre-oredered after the 21st that are in. Kinda feels like Bioware lied to us.
