  1. One of the things I miss about KOTOR is the presence of some small minigames with fun or usable unlockables. My question is why do almost all of the Legacy perks have a monetary attachment? Is there any way that some Perks (either present or future, related to Legacy or not) may be unlockable through other means, such as special fun side quests or mini games? Coming from someone who appreciates more of the story than the MMO factor, I feel like PVP is the only real "minigame" feature, one that I don't particularly enjoy considering casual gamers get destroyed by hardcore gamers.
  2. My Legacy name is Tyme. Offers for some clever (and not-so-clever) names: Kihll Tyme (47 Marauder) Phox Tyme (21 Vanguard) Dubble Tyme (18 Scoundrel) Lawst Tyme (15 Sniper) Finir Tyme (23 Sorcerer) [finir is French for "to end"] O'rion Tyme (29 Mercenary) Feerse Tyme (18 Sage) Enaek Tyme (29 Guardian) --Canderous Ordo server--
  3. Anyone have anything to add or explain?
  4. I don't know how many of you out there are like me: I am working and studying nearly all day every day, and I only really have the late night hours to quest a lot of the time. This sucks, especially for my server which is always Light at that time of day, because it's more stressful than fun to find groups for Heroics and FPs. Now, I don't mind just doing side-quests and story quests at all, but when I do get time to play during primetime hours, I definitely notice much quicker leveling as I get to do those Heroics and FPs. However, I've been playing this game since December and I still don't have a level 50, and I'm only a Legacy Level 8. Partly this is because I also am enjoying switching between characters a lot, particularly when I want to wait on another character to do those group quests before they gray-out. But I see all these implemented new Legacy Perks and unlocks and whatnot. I think it is a very very great idea, and I love rewarding the people who have a little more time to pump CGIron during primetime. I was just wondering if there are any plans for special perks and unlocks not related to the Legacy system, that maybe we can find a way to discover and use purely by strategy or luck or doing some sort of puzzle quests, rather than the amount of time spent leveling and getting credits and pumping through the Legacy? If there are things like this, please let me know! Otherwise, I would really love to hear some feedback about non-Legacy bonuses.
  5. I play quite often. I usually NEVER post on the forums, and I couldn't care less for the TOR-bashing going on out there. I still love the game, and if I experience crashes or glitches, I very calmly close the game and re-open and everything is fine again. I don't PVP much at all, mostly because I'm bad at it. I still wish they made (or will make) another single-player KOTOR-esque game as that's what made me fall in the love in the first place. But all aside, I really love the game and the saga and I think they've done an extraordinary job of making me want to continuously play for hours, even after I'm tired and frustrated. I have one thing that I wouldn't say I don't like, but that I wish was handled better. I know that BW and EA are both very busy, and that they really are trying their best to make this game as great as possible. I respect that. I just personally wish that we received more information about where things are at in development process, more recognition of customer concerns, and generally just more feedback to us about what's going on behind closed doors. No matter what they say at this point, people will comment on it saying that they suck and are worse people than Satan. They really should just suck it up a bit and post some more regular and detailed updates so that I feel more comfortable that they are still working hard. The people who post mean and angry remarks will do it whether they update or not. Plus, in this economy, they could help out by creating some more jobs in the social media field! --- In case you're reading this post and think I'm 100% content, I fully comprehend most of what some players are angry about, and I myself have my own frustrations and concerns. I think you all have a right to be tiffed and have your opinion about the game. Posting angrily in all caps won't change a thing about what's going on to the game. Might as well save that time for other games you're more interested in - or in the case you feel the need to make your voice heard, at least do it in a professional way that leaves you with some dignity. As a leader of many groups for work, I know that I pay more attention to the guy who voices concerns scholarly and with a sense of dignity than the guy who is profane and disrespectful.
