My point is a geared player that lacks skill can easily be overcome by a skilled player with a lack of gear. You just need to try harder. Sure this is flawed, but we need an incentive to PVP and gear is that incentive. If you remove it there will be no point.

You're funny. You're probably one of those players who plays deathmatch in huttball and complain about losing because your gear sucked. Seriously what is wrong with PVP gear? It takes a couple days to get and your PVE gear is already bolstered enough that you won't suck if you are using it.

You do want the weapons first because they do provide 191 expertise each, but you don't want to spend 3450 ranked commendations on them when for that price you could get a full set of partisan. It's over 9000 regular comms. Buy either the Partisan Mainhand and the Partisan offhand first. Get the Serendipitous assault relic's after. All weapons Bolster in pvp to underworld rating.

I find it odd that you didn't know this. It's been this way since 2.0 came out. All weapons bolster to Underworld White Damage rating and Underworld Force Power rating. Even in Lowbie. The only reason to upgrade from partisan to conqueror is for the extra main stat and endurance. If you pvped more/checked your stat sheet ONE SINGLE TIME you would have known this a month ago. EDIT: Actually the white primary damage was not bolstered until 2.1 since I have been using my 72 barrel until 2.1 since it didnt bolster my marksman damage properly.

All Cartel Market item helmets since 2.0 came out have modulation.

If you have 2 of the same type (Conqueror) they will proc separately one after the other. so about a 50%-60% uptime of the power boost. Less burst but sustained.

Assassin is the counter class...so... if you both play optimally you're going to lose or at the very least have a close fight.

Not to mention if the assassin comes up behind you in stealth (spotter does not work behind you) bursts you down to 50% before you can even entrench, pops deflection, making all your attacks miss. At this point you're begging your teammates for help.

I can confirm that a skilled assassin can kill a skilled sniper 100% of the time. Definitely depends on the players though.

I usually get like 100 FPS while questing. During like 16M raids with lots of effects and stuff it can dip to 20-30.
