I found dark side trooper really fun. I've done a couple classes two times through to see dark and light difference. The Jedi classes always felt weird dark as it just made council seem like idiots who couldn't sense that one of there best was not so secretly a sociopath. Sith warrior is great as pure dark side as you are just an unstoppable killing machine that lays waste to everything in their way. Sith warrior in general is a great class, having one of the best stories and set of companions. Though trooper is the one i personally enjoyed most. As you are just kinda the worst/best soldier ever if your dark side. A light side trooper is pretty dull as its kinda like every well known trooper in star wars canon. Dark side you feel like someone who joined the military not out of pride for the republic but of really hating the empire. Your always out for yourself and hate bureaucracy/jedi. You become a one person army for the republic who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done ( kinda like black ops). You don't care about saving people, just destroying the enemy and you show no remorse. Also you are cruel to your squad ( such as aric or elara) but they respect you as they see you are only one who can get job done. Best part is M1-4X loves when your dark side and justifies every action you do to himself. Also makes you and Tano Vik like best buds which makes his character arc more fun. Trooper storyline is pretty meh but i found the dark side play through better because of reasons stated above. I will say however i think the trooper has the best companions on the republic side as i genuinely like all 5 of them. Though M1 4X and Tano Vik shine in a dark side play through. Essentially you are kinda the Wolverine/ Riddick of the republic and that just makes you a bad *** Smuggler as a dark side isn't evil, just the biggest jerk in the galaxy. You comes accross as cruel and vindictive just for sake of it, which is kinda fun but goes against you wanting to play a rational dark side character. Inquisitor as dark side is kinda like trooper of light side. Its just what all other canon sith lords do and it sometimes makes you feel like a one note character to play pure dark side, as some times the light side would have more gain and power involved. So playing a full dark side inquisitor makes you feel like someone who worships the dark side and refuses the light exists and that all must suffer. Hope this helped

1) Imperial Agent - Its just so drama and has the best story with lost of plot twists. Companions are great too, the closest to a meh companion is Lorkin and he is still cool. Plus Kaylio and Scorpio play really important roles in KOTFE so being an agent again adds to the drama 2) Bounty Hunter - has the best companions and they just make traveling the galaxy and killing your way through the story great 3) Jedi Knight - its the most " Kotor 3" story but the character itself can seem like a nerd at times. Companions range from being amazing to being totally dull for the JK 4) Sith Warrior - Very much the mirror of the Jedi knight just not quite as important. Also the companions are amazing, just slightly less cool than Bounty Hunter Companions 5) Smuggler - It pains me how bad the story actually is for the smuggler as my Scoundrel is my main. Though even with the terrible story it manages to make up for it by having some of the funniest dialogue 6) Trooper - probably the least star warsy story but its also really kick ***. Its all about revenge and all the companions feel like a cohesive unit ( a feat i feel only Smuggler and Bounty Hunter accomplish as well) 7) Inquisitor- its not bad by any stretch, its just not quite as engaging as the others. Companions are a bit mixed, some are really cool, some just aren't quite right and one is totally lame ( looking at you Talos) I have yet to play JC yet, so i cant rank it, will be starting it soon so any advice for that class feel free to let me know!

Least Fave has to be Talos, he is just so lame and bland. Especially since other inquisitor companions are so cool Fave is probably Lord Scourge, his story is so cool. Blizz and Akaavi are closed seconds I actually like Skadge..... lamest bounty hunter companion for sure but in fairness i personally love all 5 bounty hunter companions. Probably the class with the best companions

well easiest class to play in the game is bounty hunter due to getting a healer companion first. It does lots of damage aswell. Though you said you wanna meele and do lots of damage so id recommend playing jedi consular- shadow advance class they are easiest meele class or its mirror sith assassin hope that helps

Yeah i made a chiss trooper and i was only one with an unlocked species, and also why i was on the fleet the only other one i saw was a sith pureblood Consular, who was coincidently who i grouped up with

Another advantage of BH is the companions. I believe they have best companions of any class and they actually feel like a team as opposed to other classes

Bounty hunters They are by far the easiest class to play in the game, you get healer companion from the start and its a simple class to use You do feel indestructible as a BH when it comes to pve hope that helps also the whole Sith warrior class is by far the hardest class to play in the game, with juggernaut and marauders being about same difficulty. Though if you really wanna play one don't be put off, as this was my first mmo and i made a jedi guardian for my first character and i made him dps, which i have since learned dps guardians are balls so if you just wanna destroy stuff go mauarader as an mmo noob i presumed you would stick to dps to begin with but a tank juggernaut is amazing for pve, probably the class i have died least with. easiest to hardest to play would be Tank Jugg, DPS mauarder and Dps jugg being hardest

I love gault, hell i love every bounty hunter companion. I think they get the best companions of any class. When i first got gault i was angered because he made me chase him all round tatoine and i couldn't kill him. Then we did alderan together and it all changed. I have got all companions for JK, SW, IA and BH, out of all of them gault is the one who makes me laugh the most. I feel the best companions are the ones you hate at first but really grow on you. Gault, torian and skadge all grew on me, i got less fond of mako as time went on due to her whining but hey she was the first companion and i find it hard to hate them, and of course blizz is best companion ever. Im glad you cant kill companions, as if you did it before you really got to know them you'd miss out on great their great stories and learning to love them

Hey there, I was wondering what is the best class/role/spec to be if you intend to exclusively use Torian Cadera thanks in advance for your help folks:D

I play a tank guardian and my two favourite companions are T7 and Lord scourge. So alas they don't get used as much due to us being same roles. I know you can set them to an offensive stance but they don't do nearly as much damage as Kira or sergeant rusk. I feel you should be ably to set your companions roles around your character. So for instance if i played a sentinel or dps guardian I could set Rusk to be a healer as he is based off the commando class. This way we could use the companions with the personalities we like most and not have to worry about their roles too much

I found out about this bug when the patch came out, now every day i come to check the situation. I was on Balmora and at level 37 when i found this out. I stopped playing as my Guardian at that momment and made a Bounty hunter. Though i couldnt resest the appeal of my jedi knight so returned to play it thinking ill just get to know t7 more. Now i am 41 and have finished hoth and think am about to do last mission of act II. Bioware could you please hurry up and and let us know when and if this will be fixed, as i dont want to progress any further as this is an important momment of the campain and i think kira will be important in it. So please bioware just tell us something... anything
