So we got screwed out of Black Hole commendations and an Orange / Black power crystal in a Denova run last night because the chest near the Trandoshan snipers bugged out. One of our raid officers attempted to handle the situation with a GM, but unfortunately / expectantly nothing happened. Also, unfortunately for them we are the last guild doing in-house raids on the Republic side of our server, and the largest Republic guild on our server, etc. We were offered 3 days play time for this. Our fleet (red reaper) probably went up from 40ish to 80-100. Hope it lasts! But planets are alway still under 10.

I didn't know this was a rush to get to 50. Maybe if they gave some notice EVERY PLAYER WHOSE A LVL 50 BY THE END OF APRIL 30TH GET A FREE MONTH...No one knew this was coming and that we had to RUSH or else some of us would. #garbage

I bought the 6 month sub and have a lvl 47, 25 and another I just started. I plan on playing a long time and with my schedule CAN'T play every day. I feel INSULTED that they would do this. Its only $14.99 and to me the money wasnt the issue. I might not re-sub after my 6 months is up. Not trying to sound whiney but being in the costumer service industry I know this is a huge screw up. Sounded good on paper but in practise not the best idea and I HOPE they look at this and change it.
