  2. I don't care what you think it was. I came back, subscribed, noticed game not running, service still poor, unsubscribed. End of story. They want my money, they have to do better.
  3. Gestern wieder eingestiegen, sogar mal einen Monat subscription gekauft, heute wieder gekündigt. Hat sich leider in einem Jahr nix wesentliches geändert. Es ist immer noch Mist-Service.
  4. Can you log in there? That's kinda the first step to make a game good.
  5. So I came back after a over year to try it out again, even subscribed for a month. Yesterday leveled my sniper twink a bit, leveling experience is still the same, so good. This morning I wanted to log in again and there is a 35 minute queue. ***? It says population light and there is a queue? For a game only a few die hards play anymore and that had over a year to sort this out. It still has the same problem it had at release? This is beyond pathetic.
  6. This game still has too many fanbois posting on these forums. People who cared about the game and dared to point out the obvious problems were shouted down until they simply gave up and left. The result is clear now, fanboism never helps a game. Now enjoy your empty servers.
  7. Already unsubbed some weeks ago. 1.2 didn't make me reconsider. I'm only still here because I somehow got 30 days for free. In that sense it's already f2p for me, which some doomsayers predicted long ago. SWTOR is another example of a wasted IP. That whole zombie...err...rakhghoul thing doesn't feel very Starwarsy. Maybe if at some point they add some Starwars features, like a real space mode, i will check it out again.
  8. Not so sure about that. I dislike fanbois more personally. But guess that's a matter of taste.
  9. ROFL you are funny. Hint: top left corner of your screen. Ok I give you the benefit of the doubt. Maybe you are on that one server where no one left yet. Which one is that?
  10. As with every other failed game the fanbois are still as rabid as ever even when the signs are so obvious. Simply look at the numbers. Can TOR recover from that exodus? Maybe, but it will take a severe content update/gameplay change and a huge add campaign. As the saying goes there's only one chance for a first impression.
  11. First of all this is not a "I cancelled" thread. I bought a 3 month subscription and it'll still run for a while. I started with UO and played almost every major mmo. For a while now I see signs I've seen way too often in my mmo experience. My guild at its best time had about 100 people which meant at prime time there were about 30 online. Now there are 4-6 with maybe 8-10 at raid nights. Formerly full servers are now at light at prime time. So here's one thing that seems very similar, SWG. It started with almost no endgame content at release. There were always promises for the future. Players started leaving after 4-6 months. Then the JtL expansion was very good, it possibly had the best space mode in any mmo but it was too late. SWG never really recovered. So I really wonder why is this happening again? Is is it the Star Wars franchise? Who makes the decissions at Bioware/EA? Why set up a game to fail? Is it so hard to learn from other failures? It's really mind boggling.
  12. Seems you're like unaware of the feelings and stuff. So I thought I let you know.
  13. This whole competive raiding ******** ruined mmo's a long time ago. WoW now is raid or die. I hope Bioware doesn't make the same mistake with SWTOR. But judging from the last content patch they go exactly that same old route. It's so sad that they had to copy wow instead of some other more innovative mmo's.
  14. If you do normal ops where the loot distribution is done by some weird algorithm nobody really understands it simply depends on your luck. If you do hardmodes where you can actually assign loot to those who really need it, it might just take one run.
  15. I believe some things in the encounter are actually working as intended. We did it on hard yesterday and at first tried the bug avoiding prepatch strategy. We failed. What I observed is that the mobs spawn after a certain time, not related to which wheel is turned at which time. So if you get 4 spiders it means you actually took too long There are 6 colors in the order Blue, Green, Red, Purple, White, Yellow. So if the wheel shows green and you have to match purple you could either use 2 right turns or 4 left turns with your not so intelligent spam all left strategy. The initial setup is random. For the worst case you would need a maximum of 12 turns. However it's more like 8-10 depending on your luck. We finished it yesterday before the double spider spawn.
