  1. I noticed that as a bodyguard I don't have any issues healing a group in hardmodes when the group is working as it should. If the tank is doing his job and the DPS is doing their job then my job is easy. If a group doesn't have it together, it can be nigh on impossible to heal them as a bodyguard, in my experience.
  2. Agreed on all accounts. I would take it a step further and say that at least half of the cc abilities need to be removed from PvP combat. PvP would be so much better without it.
  3. 3/10 at best PvP should be like a very quick game of chess. Acting and reacting to your opponents moves and besting him by knowing when to use what skills. PvP is NOT constantly finding a way to stun your opponent so you can spam as much damage as you can while they can't fight back. PvP is good when both sides have complete control over their respective talents throughout the duration of the fight concluding in someone winning the fight. (not stealthing out or stunning you and running away)
  4. So now Ops/Scoundrels need to learn how to fight targets that can fight back. Nothing wrong with that.
  5. I don't care if it is a tiny gun, a big gun or a bag of rocks. I just want options. I think that limiting any class to only one type of weapon is a horrible choice by devs. Any way you can customize your class and play style is a plus, and there is ZERO customization in this game. (Modding doesn't coun't - it is the bastard child of multi-weapon/gear proficiency) Basically if you want to be good at X you have to have X build with X gear, there are no real choices here.
  6. ^ Taking sides is the best strat. You can quickly reinforce and running back and forth under mid does not take that long.
  7. You forgot faction imbalance.
  8. Also there are more Imperial players so statistically there are more Ops. Therefore more ops are seen in pvp and then mentioned more here. I've seen way more ops than scoundrels but to be honest I have had more horrible experiences facing scoundrels.

  10. Yah he is a waste. I never use him in any capacity if I can help it. Maybe we can get a story arch patch later where he can die and be replaced Wishful thinking.
  11. If this were an open world sandbox game where the factions intermingled then I could see a PBS possible. But the format of this game isn't going to allow this to ever come to fruition. Unfortunate but true.
  12. Consulars are really annoying to me. I'm not sure why. I get annoyed when I see the pebbles.
  13. I'm not sure why people are arguing the fact that resolve is broken. If it were working as intended then something is terribly wrong. Potentially not having control of your character ~30-40% of the time is just awful. Good pvp is acting and reacting to your opponent as if in a very fast paced game of chess. NOT how often you can keep them from acting at all.
  14. I think we all get a little frustrated. They are getting a decent bit of balancing in the next patch. I understand the complaint about heavy armor. Sometimes it doesn't feel like we are wearing anything at all.
