  1. This. I only have one character I would not budge to change the name of, but since it's in TOR lore, the chances of it being available makes me pessimistic. My legacy name I won't budge at all for, period. Legacy is suppose to have meaning.
  2. I personally hate the dark side option in this. It has literally no point at all yet people for some reason always pick it. I have had only one party that did the light side option, and you know what happens? You fight like two or three mobs. Narlock's group is fine, the engineer's don't die and Asara is still a *****.
  3. Is there a way to change your advanced class, or am I stuck? I'm only level 11, and decided after running a flashpoint (The Esseles) I want to roll a Scoundrel healer. I decided, although Gunslinger is fun, that I'm getting tired of playing DPS. Also on a related note, how do you reset your skill points in your class trees? I remember seeing something like that, to see the class trainer or the advanced trainer but I never see an option to do reset my skill points at all. Not sure if this is the right section, but I figured this was a good place for two basic questions.
  4. Cancel my plans. Someone disagreed with me on the internet. /thread
  5. I like how the OP spends over half the post bringing up irrelevant nonsense. Personally, it destroys the entire argument...if it was even there. At least from the rating of the thread, I will assume other people do understand what he's talking about, as do I.
  6. Anyone who asks, "What did you expect?" then follows with a sarcastic (or condescending) remark is a bloody idiot. Personally, I expected special cosmetic moddable gear. There's Imperial Trooper stuff up there for about 20k each piece (the normal rate for orange gear at vendors or so.), at least for the Imperial side and even then that's pretty much it. With how flexible this game is, it wouldn't have been very hard, nor would it have killed them to add more cosmetic gear to add mods to. That was the original message they tried to send across in the first place. "You won't have anything better. You might look cooler though." Especially since they DO sell moddable gear along with commendation vendors practically handing them out, so it wouldn't be unfair to other players. Anyone who hasn't actually seen the store and feels the need to talk down on someone is an idiot.
  7. They shouldn't care, as that's Amazon's fault. Even if it wasn't, it's childish to use impatience as an excuse for actions out of spite.
  8. http://i43.tinypic.com/2afmmgh.png Spoilers in the image. My character is obviously the Sith in this screenshot, though.
  9. You didn't pay for Early Game Access, you paid for the game when it releases on the 20th. Early Game Access is a gift.
  10. I can't wait for the 20th so you'll all shut your mouths about this.
  11. It's too bad, even though this is very constructive and true, it'll just get swamped by complaint threads, moved back a few pages and ignored in the end anyway. Not talking down on anyone, it's just that these posts have little to no use for the most part. Aside from people agreeing with them.
  12. They're doing a good job. People are just being ungrateful, impatient and overbearing. It's just awe-inspiring how much **** hits the fan when people don't get in the first day.
  13. I pre-ordered from Gamestop and got my CE code the day after, July 22nd. Entered it around 10am.
  14. 7/22 I honestly expect to get in by noon EST. If not, they are being way too cautious over this.
