How will Legacy be accounted for with respect to character transfers to another server? Will it be accumulative, i.e. my level 10 legacy character on server B joins my level 20 character on server A with the end result being that my level 10 legacy character now is set at legacy 20?

I also suffer from the "Stay Frosty" bug. Developers, please fix this so that the mission can be removed from our mission log.
