    The Q&A was potentially the worst excuse for customer interaction that I have ever witnessed. All of the questions were empty and meaningless. Who gives a damn about pillars on some world? Of course now that BW has been Forced by EA to lay off practically all of the Community relations staff, I do not foresee it getting any better in the future.

    Personally, I have multiple 50's both Imp and Rep, and have ground partial sets of Black Hole gear and War Hero gear on multiple characters.. And Personally I would like to see the Expertise stat removed from game. PvP should be based on your skill and your ability to function as part of a team, not some piece of gear.

    An in game warning would have been nice, since many individuals were in FP and Operations. COMMUNICATION FAIL

    I Really noticed what this change did, you did broaden the rotation spectrum to a degree but I do not believe you balanced the classes as at all as the underlying changes in the amount of damage "Heavy Armor" can take. Either knowingly or unknowingly you have NERFED the hell out of Heavy armor survialbility. A DPS NERF coupled with a Armor nerf makes the class practically usless. except for healing.
