  1. Yeah.... this is still happening with cauterize in PVP and force sweep. My character begins the animation then decides he too tired to complete it while using up a GCD.
  2. Saying the Jedi story line needs work is just stupid. Killing the emperor was actually pretty cool when you were once his slave. I was blown away at the ending to Maelstrom prison the first time. I would agree however that allowing people to cap their valor on the first day was stupid. Furthermore, I have a guildie who is pretty confident that Republic valor capped at their level meaning a level 25 repub could never go past valor 25 while a Imperial player had no such cap. And this didn't get fixed for a while. I can't independently confirm it, but I have no reason to doubt him considering how many battlemasters the imps had on day 1. The worst part however was that after tatooine it was extremely difficult to find anyone for heroic 4's. I think this was due to pop. It kinda made the experience suck.
  3. That's the worst decision ever. As it stand right now when the match begin and we only have 4 or 5 people I just leave (Which is pretty often). SO I will continue leaving if this goes live.

  5. I disagree. Snares no. Roots yes However the OP is correct resolve is a joke. I occasionally can't stasis a target with no resolve at all.
  6. Compared to T3 lord scourge takes far too much damage. It's very inefficient to tank with him no matter how geared he is. Personally I think he could stand to use a buff so he could tank like T3.

  8. yes but it also happens on classes that have no such thing. It most recently happened to me yesterday on a sorc that had NO resolve
  9. OK I have to say it again. AOE doesn't matter in the slightest bit. Most boss fights have no adds what so ever. AOE was an excuse for people to see how big their epeen was while in reality it had no bearing on progression in the slightest bit. Rogues by the way were capable of evasion tanking Illidan in BC and there's a video of it.
  10. Combat was a good leveling spec, but it can't compare it watchman. The DPS increase and survivability increase in watchman is too damn good. Focus is alright with a lot of passive mitigation and a short CD on guarded by the force. You can't chain interrupt with focus though and the force camo damage immunity in watchman is huge even in PVE. Operative?..... You can still take a person down from 100 to 30 - 20 percent health with little to no effort while moving faster than anyone else despite slows on you.
  11. Has anyone other than me noticed that after applying force stasis/choke on a target with no resolve that the ability has failed to actually stun/immobilize on various classes? From ops/smugs, Sages/sorces, shadown/assasins, BH, Guardians/juggs, maurauder sentinels. It doesn't fail 100% of the time but maybe 30%
  12. 1. dodge lasts 3 seconds (I have used google why haven't you? I've spent the last few days going over different Ops builds to actually see if it's possible as well) 2. 5 to 6 slows consumes a GCD = 5 - 6 seconds 3. Baseline length on dodge is 3 secs with a 60 sec CD 4. I actually discovered that I have a guildmate that Frapsed the event in question. Mathematically you are wrong. The ops would still have a 2 - 3 sec window in which he could be slowed. But as I said they all didn't do this. There was only one op in particular that was getting away with this.
  13. You do realize that leg slash is spamable and that I've hit the ops with both (leg slash and exhaustion) at least 5 or 6 times? I thought I was making that clear when I said I used force Exhaustion and my 50% slow repetitively. Are you trying to say dodge is spamable?.... Do you guys have some sort of immunity that I'm not aware of?
  14. Did I say the operative in question vanished and started moving well over 50% despite being slowed? No. He was moving this fast from the opener. Any movement impairing immunity that I'm missing that's not in sawbone and is spamable? No. Thank you.
  15. If you are referring to disappearing act, then they actually have to leave combat for this. Trying to keep it real over here. Speced dodge is in the healing tree. They are not leaving combat and they are DPS speced. Boosts and the passive increase are probably the only valid ones. But then how are they getting around the slows if they aren't sawbones speced?
  16. So what is causing them to move past 100% movement speed? Ah ok I see sawbones speced now. But I'm not using this against a healing OPs / scoundrel. These guys are legit DPS speced.
  17. I don't have to CC anything on Ilum nor did I ever when I first set foot on the planet to complete the planet story. I think you're just doing something wrong or you are not geared properly.
  18. From who? No one said anything about aide. slows are meaning less if they don't actually slow.
  19. I would like to know what in the monkey is going on here. Some operatives can be slowed to 50% if not more, yet there are a FEW operatives that are moving well past 100% movement speed even when hit repetitively by my force exhaustion or my 50% applied slow consistently. Are we dealing with speed hackers or a genuine class ability? I have been informed that their mirror class, scoundrels, have an ability that makes them immune to movement impairing effects, but that's on a CD. These Ops are moving past 100% all the time.
  20. Today I had a Huttball match (Republic vs republic) start where my side started with only 3 and the opposing side was full. How in the hell is that possible when even imperials can be on our side?
  21. For the love of God make the match end in 30 seconds rather than 120.
  22. Oh hell I just want a toggle for photon torpedoes so my missiles don't bug out when I'm out oh photon torpedoes.
