Any plans to fix the big butts/bustle on jedi knights/sith warriors?

Is this a tooltip error or something?

I saw that you can put another players gear on the workbench window(though the preview window and right clicking+ctrl) and if you right click one of the mods it gives you the price to remove it. so can you actually put mods into another players gear or remove them?

I have seen there is a purple and blue robe where do I get this robe? It looks like the one that drops in BT but instead of it having the white it has blue.

So you can extract hilts from orange items but not purple items?
