  1. Just tried 2 games with a similar spec. I took 0 points in MM though. My first Huttball went 511k damage, which is pretty good. My second one was 488 which i took a screenshot off. http://i.imgur.com/YGOt4.jpg Im liking it alot, but I feel really energy starved with it, more than the regular full lethality spec. I'm not sure if i feel stronger either, though i have that snare now, and more damage on AoE, which really rocks.
  2. Yep! Stacking grenades on first boss EV makes his whole missle salvo miss for example. Also the big guy in palace who suddenly hits like a truck misses on everything if applied. Had to be nerfed i guess.
  3. More tech damage, or remove the powerful penalty on white damage. Make the crit talent for snipers and gunslingers cost 3 points instead of 5, as it is with all other classes. The rest got 3 points for 30% or 5pts for 50%, and thats on "All force attacks". Or you could make the crit talent (Imperial Assasin) count towards all white damage attacks, and not tech damage. Get rid of alacrity, or remake energy and effect on GCD for it to be useful. A yeah, remove sniper volley and make something else instead. 9% more damage. Dispell protection on DoTs for future PvP atleast. Thats all i could think of now atleast
  4. I'm a BM sniper myself and i am usually allways at the top of damage in WZs by a large margin, but im allways active as well, not losing any time in there. I guess i have to use 24 different abilities all the time in a WZ, not counting hotkeys for relics and OOC heal etc. I do fine. Snipers are cool, but there are some issues. The rooting disables us from going to cover needs to go, since its an effective "stun" on a Sniper, especially MM. Pure white damage would be fine if other classes had the same, but it seems most classes got majority of yellow damage abilities, so this is kinda unfair, unless regular damage has any advantage over yellow which i don't know of. Cover needs some reworking i guess. Entrench bugging on some abilities, especially in PvE (maybe it is intended). I also don't like ballistic dampeners and instant snipe beeing removed as soon as you go out of cover due to a small misplacement, but i understand why the internal CD needs to be there. Must be a way around it though, not punishing beeing quick on the move.. For future PvP i guess poisions should get some dispell protection or punishment for dispelling them, if not a whole spec can be ruined with 1 click, which allready happens now, just not in random WZs. I play as lethality mostly. running around 500 exp.
  5. If you are a decent player you can do well with the sniper, but there are things that just do not seem fair. The ammount of white damage is insane. People barely belive me when I say a MM Sniper has almost only white damage hits. This also makes us more prone to stack accuracy where others do not. Also, you can do pretty well in WZs as of now, but I forsee a darker future when brackets will come and fixed groups will play against each other. My dots wil be dispelled, and the gear will be "too much" for my MM spec. It will be fun to see! But for now you can do good in WZs, atleast i do.   7. They could make it so it rolls back all the valor, except maybe 30k valor, which results in around 20 warzone wins i think? That way the ones that really used Ilum alot gets a hit, while the ones that played warzones dont get totally shafted atleast. I guess the most hardcore warzoners would lose abit, but still not everything. But yeah, rollback would solve alot
  8. Also small things that are annoying. If you go into cover and get ballistic dampeners, then feel misplaced and go up and replace yourself, you lose the buff and dont gain it until after 6 seconds. I understand why this mechanic is in, but maybe we should get the buff back if we didnt use any of the charges? It is the talent that gives 3 charges of 20% reduction of damage. We also lose the instant snipe talent if we go out of cover. Smoke Screen: For all classes this gives a 45% reduction, but for snipers and gunslingers, this is almost as an effective stun that last for ages, since we cant do anything useful while it is up. Sure i have the ability myself, but im mostly thinking pve now, cause i got annoyed by mobs that tossed them out whereever i stood and disabled me, combind that with fire bombs and drones and i have to move constantly. Oh yeah, regarding range and damage, I would like to see my damage output from 35 meter as well. No numbers showing up! Level 50 sniper here.
