GCD as in global cool down. it will allow your instant casts to be used more often as in your slow release med pack will be able to stack to two quicker etc...

Our OPs group did EC on the first day got to 3rd boss (Minefield) then gave up after a few attempts. We Did it again last night and got up to Kephess but it was late so we only had 2 attempts and the 2nd attempt it bugged out on us and Phase 2 had already started with the Pulsar Droids and Kephess on the ground before we even begun!

For the bonus boss, The only strat we was doing was when the big icicles drop from the ceiling that we all spread out and do not stop moving. Activating any defensive cooldowns is a big plus. I'm a healer so I wasn't really looking at the boss the whole time but the Icicles were hitting like a freight train if people got hit by them.

Consulars need instead of Project were we throw some random junk at the enemy to be changed to some form of 'Force Pulse'. Like a Force Push but no pushback/knockdown just does the same damage but it'd make a hell of alot more sense for a Jedi Consular. So we basically just hit the enemy in the face with the force.
