Just to add to post, I am on Spectrum, in Austin TX and have the lag. I downloaded game yesterday (Terrible time to try to come back and play) and the download was only 10MBPS. I was able to download from other sites at 450mbps, so that would mean their servers were limiting my download speed. My theory is a router or switch is down or has a fault near the physical server location that spectrum users are routed through and we are being routed a different pathway. The new path has a lower cost (Speed) on the route and likely cannot handle the extra load from all the new Spectrum users it has to pick up. Its possible that Spectrum has no control over the router or switch and its a 3rd parties hardware. They could complain on our behalf that its effecting our service and demand it be fixed.

The login que is horribly slow too. WTH is going on?

Did you read my post. Why is lower GCD good for instant cast abilities? So I can stealth, use vehicle, and do some attacks faster? How exactly will this let me heal better?

Can anyone elighten me on why this would benifiit a scoundrel healer other than lowering the cooldown on the two long cast times for big heals. Pretty much everthing else is instant cast?

So much mis information in this post. I am a scoundrel healer with almsot full Rakata and I regularly heal HM and NM Eternity Vault and KP. Heck, we did HM Soa with two scoundrel healers and no sages or commando healers. Not sure why people find it so hard to heal but its not difficult at all. I can keep the main tank alive almost through any damage. You just have to constantly be using your HOTS on the group and underground medicine on your tank to proc UH. Seems simple to me so no idea why people keep saying we are horrible healers.

Whenever I pvp I cannot use headshot on any incapacitated targets? Is this bugged or is there a reason its not usable?

Bowdar is the best tank hands down. I put columi and champion gear on him and he has 43% shield chance and like 35% defense. He tanks Champion mobs and I can solo the Belsavis 2 Heroic with him. You need better gear for him to shine. I have almost full Rakata as a sawbones so healing him is equally easy.
