Actually what these forums are is hundreds of people sticking their fingers in their ears and screaming "lalala I'm not listening" as server populations plummet because too many people are ignoring legitimate concerns and problems with the game that have existed since beta. I mean "lalala I'm not listening either"

I enjoy raiding with my guild and we're hurting for ranged dps, I already have a combat medic and felt it'd be fun to reroll dps since we have an abundance of healers. Can anyone suggest some good builds for PVE gunnery? Seems most gunnery builds on the internet are PVP oriented.

Yes this IT sounds like you're a Shadow/Assassin tank, in which case you absolutely are doing most of your tanking with your shield, especially since your Deflection saber ward esque skill raises your defensive chance to stupid levels, stacking defense would be silly. Go with shield and absorption with a stronger focus towards absorption considering how much of your skills raise your shield chance

You must not read the forums often if you haven't seen "working as intended" used ever

I gotta tell you this subject really gets me mad Purple is my favorite and a lot of other people's too, but BioWare decides that purple crystals should be rare since some developers say "we wanted some crystals to be hard to get" So even though orange lightsabers have never been seen in any Star Wars anything ever we can still get those at level 10 but people who love the color purple can go **** themselves because of some arbitrary decision to make it rare? It's not like cyan, magenta, white, and crystals with a black light inside don't fit the bill as being perfect endgame colors, no purple needs to be harder to find than a needle in a stack of needles -_-

Depends on the specific mats you're looking for. Me personally I just check torhead for the material I'm searching for, the comments usually have a few people that say "you can find these in X area on Y planet" From there I just travel over there and run around in circles collecting nodes when they respawn until I'm satisfied.

BioWare's huge issue with PVP right now is this idea that damage is the only thing that matters 262,000 healing and you only get 2 medals? That's a load of bull ****, meanwhile doing damage and getting kills gets you a ton of medals, but doing over 260k healing gets you 2, which gets you 0 valor, 0 credits, 0 experience, 0 commendations. What in the blue Kentucky **** were you thinking biofail

Yeah, BioWare really spat on healers this patch. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone at BioWare that plays this game plays a DPS and doesn't even notice their healers exist until they die.

Things aren't always either black or white You can want things to be more challenging and be frustrated/upset when they over-tune something Imagine you're tuning a guitar. You're trying to get the strings just the right level of tight, too loose and the sound is terrible and it's almost impossible to play properly, too tight and the string snaps. Now apply that to PVP in this game. You're trying to get it just the right level of fun, too easy and it's a boring faceroll because any idiot can topfrag with 1 button, too hard and it's frustrating because it's too difficult to get anywhere near a decent result. For the record I wasn't complaining that PVP was too easy before 1.2. I thought things were fine, and while the game was nowhere near perfectly balanced, it was at least at the best level balance wise since the game has launched. I feel that 1.2 went too far and snapped the strings.

I'm not sure what gives you that impression but you don't need to be currently subbed in order to post on the forums. This has never been the case.

Today I noticed that PVP queues were popping faster but that more players were absolutely terrible Don't know if this is because of the super over nerfing of many classes or because people that were bad and unsubbed came back yet Either way this should clear up in a month
