This blows I don't want to give up my physical keyfob just to login. The keyfobs are far more secure in the long run. Please fix this.

I played some when the expansion came out but I never figured this out? I got all the armorings off the trainer but I can't figure out how to get leveling armorings past that? I'm not talking about end-game armorings. I mean the basic stuff from 60-65? I guess I have to RE stuff but what's the easiest way to get these armorings for RE purposes?

The problem is simple: Trash mobs in SWTOR are tedious. There are two main differences between SWTOR trash and other MMO trash. 1. SWTOR mobs damage a significant amount of your health bar every fight. Other MMO's you can go several fights before you need to heal. Most players just pop out a heal companion because stopping to rest is just irritating. 2. SWTOR mobs take too long to kill. Every pull is a group and AoE is worthless because certain mobs have too much HP. You never get to have the joy of killing a few spawns at once to clear faster. You feel like you're slogging through one champ mob after another. So the OP companions were like a great bandaid that let me enjoy the game again. I don't care if they're rebuffed but combat isn't fun now. This expansion was the first time I played so much since release. Leveling new chars was finally something that didn't make me want to stab my own face. Honestly I think the bandaid wasn't perfect but I don't really trust you guys to come up with a good solution. Probably using the companions as a bandaid is better than anything else you guys will do. Rebuff them or really put in the work to fix it.

Are you sure? Because there are purple 56 versatile mods on the GTN and those didn't exist pre-4.0. They have to come from somewhere.

Really need some communication here Bioware. Why should I buy cosmetic armor if you guys are going to do this? Right now you are eroding confidence in your main cash shop product.

They discuss things internally too much. Like right now they're probably discussing what to do about companions. That's a discussion they should have with us. Instead they will make a decision without our input and just announce it. Other companies are doing better. They propose ideas and ask for feedback before deciding.

You seem to be confused about one thing. You should only feed companions gifts if you're using them. For combat or for crafting.

This change is really irking me. Why would I continue to gather so many types of armor if I can't dress up my companions? I spent a lot of time and work acquiring various cosmetics. I know a lot of other people spent serious money obtaining cosmetics. I can only play so many characters. If I can't dress up the companions that complete destroys the enjoyment of collecting different armor sets. It's to the point that I'll probably only start kotfe on one character until this is fixed.

Price and value affects demand though. The things are selling for 60k a pop. You can only make 42-50 items with them. The armorings/mods/enhancements aren't selling for that kind of money. I'm really curious what people are crafting with them at that price.

The grade 6 purple slicing mat price has gone through the roof on the GTN. I've been trying to get some through missions but no luck so far. Is it bugged? Or is this just some sort of serious case of them messing up supply/demand?

I rather like the components. They drastically free up my cargo space and make things a bit more complicated (good) . My only beef with them is the crafting time. They should all be 30s no matter the level. Having an option to craft larger batches would be ok too.

I've been checking this mission a few times since 4.0 and it's bugged every time. Last boss just won't spawn. Makes it impossible to complete the Mass Exodus->55 gearing quest chain.

All of my companions in a romance aren't getting there bonuses from certain gifts. On companions like Kira this is a real problem as she doesn't have any loved gifts without the romance. Has there been any news from Devs about this being a recognized bug?

I don't have the expansion but do they have special models or something? Seems bizzare that they'd do this.

I'm pretty irked about all the things that were removed as well. They didn't need to pull all that old stuff. It's especially frustrating because you know they did it so they could put most of it in cartel packs.

If you want to make leveling easier then just go buy a bunch of cheap gifts and feed them to your companion. The presence boost is quite good.

I'm nowhere near Yavin. I'm not ready to start anything past Hutt Cartel. I need to do the Operations I missed for story first. Looks like I'll have to do flashpoints till 65.

Now that 12xp is gone I was planning to start leveling all my 55s. All the gear vendors are gone though so I'm not sure what to do now? I don't want to do Forged Alliances because I'm not that far in the story yet.

Any chance to get this back on topic? I just got 100 circuits for 300k. I'm really confused why someone sold them this cheap? I was under the impression there wouldn't be new slicing mats.

You're analogy is all wrong. I waited in line before you. The store had a previous history of letting people leave line for short periods as long as they paid up upon returning. Suddenly they changed that policy and gave no consideration to loyal customers. Instead they now favor a bunch of new customers who have only been around for a few months. You're not sympathizing with me because you actually believe that customers should follow MMO's they've taken a break from. It's what you would do and in your worldview people who don't do that are kind of silly. You are just trying to make up any argument to justify your feeling of self satisfaction. I could poke holes in these horrible arguments all day but you can fabricate new arguments or other flawed analogies so I wont. Instead I'll point out what's really going on. Someone gave you a cookie for being a customer and you feel quite proud about that. If someone else bought the same cookie it would weaken your "accomplishment" somehow. No. You're wrong. It's not complimentary. It's just their method to keep the money rolling in. Money which I'm willing to give them. Money which I WOULD of given them if I had known. If they hadn't advertised the expansion as "free" for subscribers I would of never had this misunderstanding. Nowhere on the web though does it say "expansion is only half free if you don't sub for 4 months prior to the expansion". Your entire argument is stupid. You're just being an elitist trying to deny a benefit from someone else. I'm perfectly willing to pay for every single one of those months. If I had to pay retroactively for 2 years I'd do that too. Because I only missed 2 freaking months. Whining that I shouldn't be able to do it retroactively is moronic.

Except that's not even remotely true. I was there for most of that year of no content. Like I said I took 2 months off. My last subscription was july 3rd so I just barely missed the august 10 date at the start. So I was here for all that no content but you think someone who opportunistically subs for just 3 months is more deserving of early access? Your own argument supports my point of view.
