I just logged in to find the customer support ticket I submitted 12 hours ago has not been replied to. That is the most pathetic customer service I have experienced with any game I have played.

WoW was better, they copied enough off WoW, why not copy their great customer service. Can you even talk to a GM in game in tor?

It amazes me how terrible the customer service is when they spouted all that bull about having staggered release and ignoring some countries so they could have the best quality support. Then all the times they pushed back release because they didn't want to release a flawed game. HAHA

Im republic on Swiftsure and have played about 25+ games today, we have won 4 and only 2 have counted to the quest. FML a Daily shouldnt take 8 hours to do

My problem is im getting too many implants and relics (which are fudging ****), it's taking me forever to save for my lightsaber because im not lucky enough to get one from bags and i keep getting 1 commendation and useless junk. I have opened roughly 25 bags and gotten 3 relics and 3 implants which sell for 1 credit.

I was trying to queue for Warzones for about 15 minutes and it crashed me to character screen every time the queue came up and I tried to join. It finally let me join a game but it took a long dam time Is there a fix coming for this soon?

completely agree with op. If I knew I had to only use T3 for the last boss i would have geared him more, but being a tank and having a tank companion is pretty much worthless so i never geared him. Edit: how did they make this fight as is? did they even try the damn fight once? My mind is blown, how the hell are you supposed to beat it. Just wasted 3 hours of my life /end rant

Purple was easy to get in beta but you didn't see it much. When people finally find out how to get purple now that it is rare, everyone will use it.

Actually most annoying flaw is waiting 2 hours to play the game every day.

I have killed so many sith lords with purple lightsabers.. its only fair i get to keep at least 1 of them -.- But yea I cant even find out how to get one AT ALL but i know how to get a black-blue one.. thats just silly.. does anyone know which lvel 50 pvp lightsabers are purple?

Maybe I just assumed this because I have never had a 1.5 hour queue in an mmo before, but from my experience if the game crashes, you get straight back in if you log on again within a few minutes, skipping the queue. This should definitely be the case and if it already is so, then it is bugged. Has anyone had success skipping the queue after a DC or game crash and which was it?

I find it funny that WoW made people internet famous for getting level cap first with each new expansion. That is impossible unless you got into the 1st wave. Zyzz version 2 who gets into the 2nd wave will have been soooo pissed off

My flatmate is level 20 now, If i get in tonight he should be level 30 by the time i'm level 1. Looks like we will both be solo levelling the whole way to 50, there is no way im catching up.

To add to this: They invite 2 million over 2 days for beta, around 1 million per day. It seems they will only do 5 waves today and people in wave 4 were preordered on the 26th, so im guessing if we are lucky wave 5 may go up to the 30th. US only Preorders for July were 120,000, and unless preorders from the rest of the world tallied over 880,000 (unlikely thanks to the limited launch countries) they are no where near inviting 1 million people today. Seems to me their servers can't possibly be stressed anywhere near the amount it would have been for the last beta weekend. Why are they holding back?
