Healer, oh wait you mean IRL, Box stacker/Load distribution
  1. ermm he said solely using deliverance.... therefore bull
  2. Nice spec there Ewok, and I do agree with your comments, however that dot might be weak by itself but it does cause internal dmg which smuggs just love Not worth speccing for the slow, but in the right context can still be useful even as a seer, depending on your group. I'm still tweaking my own build on paper so to speak, I have a very specific play style when I run a healer, so trying to mesh that with the swtor mechanics into something I completely gel with
  3. ^ agreed, complete bull.... just deliverance? rofl, would not have even made it through Athiss let alone anything higher...
  4. The short answer is no. Sure you can still heal-ish but considering half the healing spec's abilities come from the tree, not the force cost reduction, heal boosts, free procs of noble sacrifice etc... you will struggle to maintain FP's if your trying to main heal without speccing. Off healing is fine though, just dont expect miracles
  5. Given that heroics and flash points (especially when done as your daily) are a GREAT boost to leveling, I love being Seer spec for one simply reason ... "Healer lfg - insert whatever" = insta invite almost everytime means you can get your daily's done that much quicker, means you can get back to questing that much faster. Other then that, I have a TK sage mate in guild, and until my work load picked up recently, we were leveling at almost the same speed, using almost the same methods of daily space mission comobs, daily pvp reward, questing, daily flashpoints. So in the end I really dont think there is a noticeable difference. Sure he can burn through mobs a bit faster, but he also wiped a lot more which offset his speed
  6. Completely disagree here, As someone who is full healer spec I have ABSOLUTELY no problems lvling quickly, between doing your flashpoint/space/pvp daily's and standard missions I found I was easily 3-4 levels above what I needed to be for each planet progression in the class storyline, then at lvl 30 got curious and burned through the storylinr exclusively, till I finished Act 1 and got my legacy which dinged me to 31... using nothing but good gear, good heals and qyzen. Due to working full time at the moment I barely get to spend more time then it takes to do a flashpoint, my space daily's and a few pvps and I'm comfortably leveling. As pure seer spec you still have enough dps to PVE comfortably, gearing Qyzen right makes you keep up with a dps spec with the added bonus of the "oh jesus" heals
  7. Completely Agree with just about everything Kesari has said. Having also been seer spec'd from the start I find from about lvl 20 onwards you start to get a natural feel to playing a seer healer, good and preemptive use if Force Armor is more or less your best friend. As for pvp I can often comfortably 'tank' 4-5 imps long enough for the cavalry to arrive... unless they actually get smart with their stuns and disables, which they tend to spam on you all at once... which is easy enough to cleanse and continue armor/healing yourself. For pvp especially just remember an alacrity relic is your friend, for those intense fights that can occur. I've found the PVE spec from the guide to be more then effective in PVP, with the right gear, and the right team. Sometimes your team is just not the best or its half lvl 10-12 and the enemy are all lvl 40+ lol Btw Kesari I think I might ninja the quote, seems like a missing phrase from the jedi code if ever there was one
  8. Also, most of us Aussies are more then happy playing on US servers, we have to for most games so kind of used to it. Besides by March, 2012 I dont think I'll want to be moved from my current server, already making out of guild contacts for flashpoints and pvp.
  9. Had a guardian yesterday who kept grabbing mass-aggro, with out waiting for self-heals during the athiss flashpoint at fleet. After some frustration, just before we got to the beast of vodal kressh I bubbled myself, aggro'd it and the mobs and used force speed back to the group. We wiped, he moaned. My reply, "How do you like it when someone else does it?" He smartened up after that.
