  1. Don't know... I am using Black Talon chest and i had a helm reward on Taris i believe. The helmet sort also drops in Boarding party it hink. With the matching gear colours my Hunter's gear looks all blue and white. More Mando than this i havent found... All the other gears with the weird mustard colour or the crappy green... *shudder* I'd really like to see proper mandolorian gear like you had in KOTOR. Bendak Starkiller was about the first one with that type of armor and later on Dxun. But in Kotor you had ALOT of good looking heavy armors which i really wouldnt mind seeing a bit brushed up in swtor. so many armors have all sorts of weird crap on it now =/
  2. That is actually a good idea. I like the beastmaster idea where you can tame your beasts, though since all companions are set i bet you maybe get story dps/tank pet then, and rest would be a fellow tamer, a bounty hunter perhaps, smuggler, droid...bit the scummy type ^^
  3. I think both sides make use of Bounty Hunters and smugglers. Empire is lacking a trooper and Republic is lacking Agents (SIS). Would only make sense to unlock those classes for both factions. That would somehow already please me. On top of that i wouldnt mind a melee non force user. In game players fight alot of these melee types. Also had plenty of those in KOTOR. It feels like alot of classes have been melted down to 1. Out of 4 classes 3 can heal, 3 can tank, all can dmg (logic). I think by doing this Bio-Arts..errr...Disney cut themself in the fingers and limited their options.
  4. 1. Weeguay 2. Trandoshan 3. Nautolan 4. Kel Dor 5. Wookie 6. Duros 7. Kaleesh 8. Rhodian 9. Gormak 10. Clawdite Kel Dor is one of my fav races, and Wookie should never be a force user imo. Maybe on dark side as a bounty hunter but that is about it. I like Togruta too but most already listed that one. EDIT : As long as we dont get a playable mouse, duck, cow, or dog.....
  5. I believe when you pick up the quest to talk to the crew skill trainers one of the things needed to do is to actually talk with one of the trainers for the 930xp or so.the only trainer you can talk with AFTER you trained a skill is the crafting trainer and he-he-heyyy...that trainer happens to have new skills right away.So they have made it in such a way that you can immediately see how it works to get new schematics. Too many people rush down the road and don't bother to read. That is not the falling short or bad explaining from the game.
  6. I'd really appreciate it if there was a way to sort the schematics you can do based on level or on name. At times when you want to make something for a guildy/alt it can be tricky to find the right thing. Example : I am level 32 now and my cybertech is at level 236 and prob have about 50 armoring skills. With these it is quite easy since they have a number behind it. However, armormech i.e doesnt. The orange and yellow schematics are sort of well sorted but gray is one big mess. It would be nice to have it sorted therefor by level when you can use it, or by name. It would be nice that upgrades won't have a totally different name so that they end somewhere else in the list but that you have a : green blue purple version of the item all bundles together so you can clearly see the difference in ranks. Is easier to see as well which you still need to update and which one is good to go. Hope this request makes sense...
  7. I think that companions should be assigned as classes so that Bounty Hunter gear will go on Kaliyo and that Agent gear can go on Mako. It would be so much easier to give proper gear to the companions when they are assigned a class. Not only for crafting purpose but also when doing FP's.
  8. I think it is very nice that the loot table is based on the classes that enter an FP. Or at least so it seems. I normally run lower FP's to get orange gear for my companions so that I don't have to pick rewards from quests wich are often under my level (I finished the 3rd Empire planet at lvl 25 while it is a 16-20 planet). So imo it would be nice that companions count as classes on the loot table. For example : I have done 7 Black Talon solo runs and every run had the exact same loot. Gearing the companions i'd rate as quite an important aspect. They are the ones that keep us alive or that keep aggro off us. I really don't fancy rolling on BH gear as an imperial agent vs a BH who needs the gear. Player>Companion in my opinion. So please consider companions as players on the loot table if they are brought into an FP.
