Yeah, that definately something that leads me to believe you will not need the base game... Which really explains all the sales too. Sell em all now before its free. (And yeah, I already got it $15. I won't spend $15/mo because of the limited amount of time I have to play game... but I happily paid $15 one-time for access now... even assuming it would be free months from now) Thanks for your input.

Sorry if this has been asked and answered... there's a 1,000+ replies to filter through. But with all the sales for SWTOR @ $10-15... a lot of people are asking if you need to buy the base-game in order to participate in the Free2Play Model? I guess the question is, is it "Free2Play," or is it a "Free Subscription"? All the deals and wording leads me to believe you will not need the base game, but I have no real evidence of either... other than speculation.
