With every new Content there is hours and hours of no server service , the content should be tested for any issue in the code and game engine... the fact that smuggler class, Imperial agent and commando the thermal grenade in each class does not show effect when it explodes on animals , when you throw the grenade on imp's and other aliens it shows the effect and sound of the explosion.. this issue was brought to EA many time during beta... in fact it was brought to there attention at least 50 times in a report … they blow it off because they would have redesign the game engine, in think that players would play through and not notice a glitch in the special graphic effects of a grenade hitting a Gundark and see and hear no explosion from the 3 Classes....

I know player/s do not read any of the rules and that go's for Free to Play, Also there are some people out there are making characters just to break the rules...

gibberish is name that are intelligible for Example : rifndsw , wqeszs, ajsdu ....

The Rules of Conduct is there to protect all players who fallow the rules, But when a player Names a character that does not fit with in the specific guide line of the rules of conduct for naming your character and guild name. It should be given as ok by customer service, if the player does not receive an ok from customer service then the player has to make and other name that fits the game theme. Now for a player/s who make a name that does fit the theme of the game will be allowed to be in the game. I have seen this type of name system work , and it keep the bots out credit farmers out and any other players that is bent on making gibberish names and names that do not fit the games theme.

I see your points Gentlemen thank you for your input, I still see and issue in the game its self. when the game was in open beta I was hoping to see some GM in the game like in star wars galaxies, but I see that was wishful thinking. when the game Star Wars The Old Republic launch I was ecstatic that I was part of a much greater game, and in 6 years I have met a lot of cool Customer Service personal over time as well as meeting a few Dev's, I know for a fact there are some people in a server community that are bent breaking rules , harassing people , using profanity , have inappropriate names in the game. The biggest violators of Star Wars Old Republic is the Credit Farmers. I will not go there because they know who they are and they will always walk around with a target on there back.

I may not get paid to monitor or Server Warden but as a Elder of the game , who has been in the game longer before it went open beta, I have a feeling ownership of the game, maybe you do not feel ownership of a game. I want this game safe for player/s to enjoy the adventure , I do not want new player to be used and lied to as I have seen in the last 6 years. I have seen new players get lied to by other play who have been in the game longer, when a new player asks as honest and direct question, the player should receive and correct and honest question. if players are going to keep on giving new players incorrect and false statement on how to set up there gear or ability then those players should be dealt with too. new player do not have the advantage as the Elder players have so it our duty to help and not lie to the new people on how to set up there ability's or gear, how would you like to be told falsely how to set up gear and to find out later you have to go to fleet to get you alinement reset, I know people would want to quite or be really up set. I will not stop being a warden of the server/s , until player/s can act like adults and not 10 years old kids with a dirty mouth that needs soap to clean that mouth. To treat other with respect and treat other as you would like to be treated in real world as well as in star wars the old republic. I made a promise to the dev's & customer service that I will take out the trash and trouble in the server/s and I will do it for free.....

As players we have a responsibility to report any unusual problems in the game and inappropriate behavior in the game. but 95% is ignored while the problem continues in game. But when you are in a mission/quest , pvp or pve the game glitches or your ability of your characters are much less after there is update in the game, the first thing every one does is call or send a ticket demanding to fix it. The fact remain people that when EA does up data's and misses with the balance of the character ability's you are first to send tickets and complain in forums and in game in General chat. But when a player/s cause trouble in the game of uses profanity you just let the problem continue......

I see you like to stick your head in the sand and wait until it all clears over , ignoring the fact that you see something in general does not fix the problem, you have just brushed the problem under the carpet. The fact is player/s have stopped playing this game do to the increase of problems in the game.

The Profanity filter , player again get away with it , and if you hear a group or single person spouting off profanity and you ignore them and they offend people or they harass someone should you ignore or do something about it ?

To many players get away with not being responsible for there action, from profanity to racial comments and religious statements. Its time that players , I mean every body on the server take responsibility / all servers. think before you type, I do not care about the profanity filter , the fact that EA allow this to happen is wrong in the first place. Every one on the server can have fun and enjoy star wars the old republic with out profanity or any remarks that can offend players. We are all human behind the keyboards, every one has feeling and words can hurt like a double edge sword so remember there are person in the game not a character. The point is that players are not taking Terms of service seriously enough to jeopardize there account, If players knew that there account/s was in jeopardy their attitude might change. loose a account and not able to make an other , I think would remove the bad player that have tainted this game with there bad attitudes, disrespecting players , being rude , inconsiderate of other , the list I can think of can go on and on 6 year can be a long list. I purpose an add points and how it will works is if a player tell some one off with profanity person/s gets 4 points add, if some one reply's to the comment that who made the cat caller get 8 point . racial comment and religious statement the person/s with receive 10 points. the total max points 20 then you loose total privileges of being in game for 30 days that includes the forums as will. After you done your 30 day and you did not seem to learn for example and you get 20 more points you loose all privileges for 60 day which is 2 months, At this point of you break the terms of service and you get an other 20 points you automatically loose your account. people if you think that Star Wars The Old Republic is Right to play , you are so wrong it a privilege and violations in -game has to stop....

I know for a fact that Developer & Publisher Wargames.net stop all Gold spam for all 3 combat games world of tanks, world of warship and world of war planes. I beta tested all 3 and gave them Ideas on how to stop gold spammers.

you say that Gold Spam site can't profit , please enlighten me and the rest of the DEV's , Gold Spam site where around 8 years when I played Star Wars Galaxies & Jump to light speed, I was a Sever Warden kick them out of the game or sending down the Emperor's wrath. it may have been temporary account or character's they still spammed temporary or not , it still gave the gold spam a chance to get a foot hold in the game prior to launch to get a foot in the door and make accounts, But with paid accounts it was like a screen door it prevented gold spam from making a lot of account because they had to pay for there own accounts. But when Free 2 Play opened EA did not think of the consequences as hundred or thousand of Gold Spam accounts opened up all over the place.

Never the less it did happen, I was in beta and I saw it and reported it as well. written logs of times and date of all the credit farmer/bot from beta to present.

Instead of having a long intensive investigation , to check out credit farmer bot, I suggest that player who have a proactive vantage to be able to add in the reports/ticket, short 4 minute video or screen shot to the report. the fact that a picture is worth a 1,000 words would be beneficial to the investigation. Many other MMO's that I have played has that feature for the proactive players who want to see the end of credit farms in the game, they are the reason the coat of gear and weapons are in the high millions for example 23 million for a vented light saber like Kylo Ren's. it will only get worse as long as the credit farmer stick around and it been going on sense Beta to present day.

The main thing here is Some one has drop the ball in Quality Control , the fact Launch Ad Shows a Nexu mount , the Cartel Market shows a Nexu pet/companion never the less some one is at Fault did not check or double check before sending in game or checking the launcher. that is why you Beta test before release something and get all the major mistakes before it comes around and Bites you back.

How many of you look at your launcher Ads, when you log in ? Well I did in fact and saw for a price of 2,100 cartel coins in us dollar equals about $ 10.00. for a Nexu Mount ok .... So I log in-game and see some thing totally different, for the price of 2,100 cartel coins,IS NOT A MOUNT but a Companion/pet Nexu , I look thought the whole Cartel Market on line every page location and did not find a mount. What is wrong with this picture.... Some one needs to Fix the mistake.....

Cartel ad on launcher shows Nexu Mount on game launcher for the cost of 2,100 Cartel Coins, log in to Game and go to cartel market......Get a huge let down .... Only see Nexu pet/companion for 2,100 cartel coins. Either I missed something but I saw 2 different add and they do not match and I did not see a Nexu Mount in the Cartel Market for 2,100 cartel coins. Some one did not get the MEMO.......

No , this strictly is just for cutting down the Credit Farmers in the game, not enforce general chat, But at times a Mediator or monitor is not a bad Idea because some people do have run of the mouth and heavy detergent is needed to clean it out. Server Warden would be able to remove Credit Farmer out of the game and they will not be able to return, there will be a full investigation and any credit farmer who advertises in general chat and in-game Email will also be remove under the same rule. Credit farmer are taking advantage of this game for there own benefit and financial gain from other players.

I think the Star Wars The Old Republic needs Server Wardens in the game to control and take down the credit farmer in the game. It worked and was quite successful in Star Wars Galaxies on keeping the credit farmers down. But the bigger issues is that you have this game as free to play and that does not deter the Credit Farmers from making more character or more accounts. I have a suggestion , limit free to play down to 1 character per account until they pay for a sub account. Also they can't add or make new character until they have a paying sub account. Credit farmers would never want to pay 14.99 per month because that would cut into there own profits.

Server Wardens are needed in the Game to suspend the over whelming amount of credit farmers infesting Imperial Fleet , Republic Fleet and all the starter planets. The the credit farmer if found will have there accounts will be suspended pending a full review of there activity in the game. That go's for all the other accounts and characters that is under that account holders name will suspended as well from game play and DNS and IPS will be block during the investigation. trying to gain access to the game while under investigation will automatically prompt termination of said account/s. Credit Farmer/s are selling gear from there web site/s, besides selling credits. Player do not write reports on these credit farmer/s, they just Ignore the Credit Farmer/s, there may be a few true player who really care about the game and write reports on them. The response time on when a report is sent to Customer Service on a Credit Farmer/s is 2 Hours the last time I report a credit farmer, that is really bad when in other online games it less then 10 minutes. So there is either Security services are not doing their jobs or it time to put some else in charge of the job that will get results. Credit Farmer do nothing but level up 10 or 20 enough to get to fleet and start spamming there messages , that can be intent for harassment because that is what they do all day and all night , they do not play the game as it was intended to be played. I know there are at lest 5 different Credit Farmer web-sites that are in this game and causing trouble in the game, no spam links , these are just an example of some of the credit farmer/s that infest the game on a daily bases.

I see you do not know ! you have not Read the TOS so do not Assume.

the spammer are advertising it in general chat every day, on all the starter planets. And BW/EA do nothing for the past 2 years. Other game company's deal with spammer right away, So what makes BW/EA any different in there security to get the job done.
