I also purchased a 60 day sub today - hours ago - and I am still listed as Preferred status even after logging out and back in several times. SWTOR.com states that I have months of subscription time remaining but the log on screen is not accessing it.

- I would also like to zoom in/out more than is currently enabled. Eye color is very hard to discern when two shades are close at the current distance for zoom. - sliders default to turn character left or right. Extremely annoying! - sliders often skip a choice

My game has been freezing while attempting to download the previous patch. I would love to be able to get to the character select screen! What is the problem?

Since today's patch I am now missing ALL of my formerly "invisible" items from three servers. I have gone from 1200+ desh showing as available for crafting to only 360 available total. The items are just gone - no overflow, no items in inventories or mail for characters from those servers. I have filed a ticket and a bug report but wanted to post here as well.

I went from 1200+ desh available last night to only 300+ available today. Other than crafting mats I also lost access to all the dyes, emotes, decorations and other items that were in the invisible overflow from three of the five servers that merged into Star Forge. Only the mats that were visible [from a random single server only] are now in my Legacy Storage and available for use. There is no "overflow", not even to the inventories and mail of characters originally from the other servers. I have created a ticket and a bug report. Anyone else with similar issues?

It is now Update 5.2.2 and the two missing mando-specific conversations with Torian are NOT triggering; which affects subsequent conversations. Please fix this bug so I can level my new FBH!

Since last night I have been unable to log into swtor.com/MyAccount. As of maintenance today I can no longer login to the game. My password is fine. However, when I input the digits from my physical security key I receive a "Login Failed" message. This is exactly the same as the EA physical security key issue of 4-6 weeks ago. 1. I *prefer* a physical security key. 2. I have no phone until the Galaxy Note 7 is re-issued or I decide on a different phone. Even in that case, see #1. 3. My browser cache dumps every time I close it. 4. My time/date/timezone have not changed since my last physical security key login. I have been using a security key since 2011 with no issues until the big one in July or early August and now. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Let me be more clear: 1. You can post on the forum even when you are not logged into your account details, I can post but I cannot, for example, change my password or buy CC. 2. Same here. I just reached level 25 on Shadowlands with a new DvL character; the first on that server. I received no in-game notice of the achievement, no Legacy achievement granted, and no in-game mail with the 5 DvL crates. What is going on? Can we get an answer, please? I filed a Bug Report already. BIG OOPS! This was NOT the first level 25 DvL on this server. Will get to 50.

It would be very nice if the Complementary Experience Boosts were BOL rather than BOP. My capped characters are drowning in them while my DvL characters are burning through them faster than they can earn them. Or, alternatively, could the Boosts be given as a story reward item when each planet is completed [or twice each planet for the large quest-line planets]. Thanks for the consideration.

I concur; Shadowlands kicked me and the selection screen tells me it cannot retrieve the server list. East Coast here. The storms are not supposed to make landfall or even impact the weather in any major way for at least 24 hours so that is not the cause. *Sigh* as stated, at least it is not as bad as last night (yet). I waited all day to get an Esseles run on my DvL character only to be booted from the game 2 screens before the last boss. I hope EA can figure out how to protect the servers from this group of DDOS clowns.

If there is going to be any additional player housing choice in the future I'd like to propose that players be able to choose a "compartment" on their respective Fleet. I'd gladly trade one of my starter planet apartments for a 2 room suite on Fleet.

It is August 4 and I still have not received the 500 CC that was *supposed* to be given to Subscribers in July. I have been subscribed since Pre-Launch. There has been no problem receiving the CC in earlier promotions. When can I expect to receive this promotional CC grant??

Anyone else having this problem? The game froze when I tried to switch servers; now I am told the log-in service is borked yet again. This is the second time this has happened in as many days. Why am I unsurprised that nothing has been done to fix the problem - or even to acknowledge it?

I am having exactly the same issue. All prerequisites are completed, the Artifice Trainer lists Expert Artifice as "Trainable". But when I attempt to purchase nothing happens. The purchase link is not interactive and no money is removed from my account.

I too am upset with the changes to the Contraband Slot Machine. I played both yesterday before the changes and today afterwards. I do agree that the original slot machine had a win margin that was too high by *possibly* 25% , given that it was a homestead decoration, not a casino machine. What I did not expect is the 50% increase in the cost of the BOUND to PLAYER Cartel Coins, nor that the reputation certificates prizes from the machine are now also BOUND to PLAYER. This means that they are 100% worthless to any Legacy that has reached maximum reputation - you cannot even "use" them to get them out of your inventory, much less sell them or trade them to others. The Contraband Slot Machine has been reduced to a merely decorative item, like the Smuggler's Gambit machine. Does EA have no understanding of any policy between "exploit" and "non-playable"?
