Thanks for this. I was subbed for the six month recurring. I went to cancel because of the performance issues/ misrepresented graphics issues/ exceedingly poor customer service issues and low and behold, no cancel button. I'm not rage quitting, just voting and making myself heard with my dollars. For those of you still hanging around, good luck. Hopefully they will fix things, this game had so much potential.

I can't help but wonder how big the dev team had to be for them to get this put out and working on the first implementation. Kudos to BW for rolling something out that you won't have to patch later. You guys give new meaning to the phrase "baby steps"

Most of the media sites don't seem to address player concerns as much as parrot the official response we received. To get to the heart of the matter (mmorpg.com for example) you have to look to the comments sections.

How about the ability to sit on chairs/benches in places other than private ships? I know it's a little thing, but I am so tired of seeing everyone standing around in Canteena's or sitting on tables when there is perfectly usable furniture.

No, it's like you're buying a car that was displayed, marketed, and test driven with a very nice, high quality, beautiful paint job. Then, when you get it, it doesn't run as smoothly as it did on the show floor, it's all primer grey, and they keep telling you "Don't worry, we'll make it right." Only later, they come back and say... "oh, that grey dull color... that's how we intended it all along."

Just... wow. I have advocated for this game and for patience about the "bugs" confident that Bioware was no SOE. Now, all I keep thinking is, "Is it too late to get SWG back?"
