What are the plans for "fixing" Ilum world pvp on faction-imbalanced servers? Are any ideas being batted around?

Any plans to allow same-faction fighting in the Alderaan Civil War and Voidstar warzones? As a player on the dominant side of an unbalanced server, I currently get placed in Huttball 90% of the time. Thanks!
