What do operatives have to complain about? They don't get stuck like Merc/Commandos. I have faced this issue as well. Which is why with 7.0 it was a easy choice to pick between rocket out and Echoing Deterent

This is why I always avoid playing Merc/Commando in PvP. If you double rocket out too fast, you get stuck. Even after you die, you respawn and are stuck in spawn till the game kicks you out with a deserter penalty for staying in spawn for too long. /stuck does not work, it just kills you and respawns you stuck again. Your only hope is a sorc/sage uses their pull. It seems like this issue mostly happens to players with higher pings else I don't see why this bug has gone unfixed for years. Thats cause your not playing madness the right way. Madness spec in PvP is not about single target damage. It's about spreading your dots too all the enemies to pressure the healer. Which is why I find when 1 enemy dies, they all die about the same time cause the DoTs eat all their health equally. Which is how madness got it's high numbers. HOWEVER, that was pre 3.0. But I'm not saying madness does better in DPS compared to lightning. Just saying it can still pull off good numbers if played right.
